- El Gobierno por decreto es un estilo de gobierno que permite la creación rápida e incuestionable de la ley por una sola persona o grupo, y es utilizado principalmente por dictadores y monarcas absolutos. While intended to allow rapid responses to a crisis, rule by decree is often abused by authoritarian leaders to weaken democratic institutions or even establish dictatorships.
