- تظهر العنصرية في روسيا، على نحو رئيسي، في شكل مواقف وتصرفات سلبية من جانب بعض الروس تجاه أشخاص ليسوا من أصل إثني روسي. تشمل العنصرية الروسية، على نحو تقليدي، معاداة السامية ورهاب التتار، فضلًا عن العداء تجاه الإثنيات المختلفة من القوقاز وآسيا الوسطى وشرق آسيا وأفريقيا. في عام 2006، ذكرت منظمة العفو الدولية أن العنصرية في روسيا «خرجت عن نطاق السيطرة». لدى روسيا أيضًا واحدًا من أعلى معدلات الهجرة في أوروبا الشرقية. - El racismo en Rusia aparece principalmente en la forma de actitudes y acciones negativas por algunos rusos hacia personas que no son étnicamente rusas. Tradicionalmente, el racismo ruso incluye antisemitismo y tártarofobia, así como también hostilidades hacia varias etnias del Cáucaso, Asia central, Asia oriental y África. En 2006, Amnistía Internacional reportó que el racismo en Rusia estaba fuera de control. Rusia además tiene una de las tasas más altas de inmigración en Europa del Este. (es)
- Le racisme en Russie est la manifestation de racisme de la part de résidents de Russie contre des groupes ethniques différents des leurs. Le racisme se présente comme une base idéologique d'actes de violence dans un nombre de cas qui a atteint un pic de 690 durant l'année 2007. Le gouvernement russe assure que des moyens considérables sont mis en œuvre pour lutter contre le phénomène ; la critique assurant par contre que ces moyens sont insuffisants. Toujours est-il que les statistiques permettent de constater une diminution du nombre des victimes depuis 2007. (fr)
- Racism in Russia appears mainly in the form of negative attitudes and actions by some Russians toward non-ethnic Russian citizens, immigrants or tourists. Traditionally Russian racism includes anti-Semitism, anti-Ukrainian sentiment, and Tatarophobia, as well as hostility towards the various peoples of the Caucasus, Central Asia, East Asia and Africa. According to the United Nations, Russia's immigrant population is the world's third-largest, numbering over 11.6 million. Due to the country's declining population, and the low birth rates and high death rates of ethnic Russians, the Russian government has tried to increase immigration to the country in the last decade; which has led to millions of migrants flow into Russia from mainly post-Soviet states, many of whom are illegal and remain undocumented. Under serious police pressure, the number of racist acts started to decline in Russia from 2009. In 2016, it was reported that racism in Russia has seen "impressive" decrease in hate crimes. (en)

Коріння цього явища криються в уявленнях про етнічну і расову належність як визначник властивостей індивіда. Джерелом соціокультурної особливості тієї чи іншої групи при цьому визнаються біологічні, природні властивості. Розвитку цього явища сприяли деякі міфи російського націоналізму, створені і пропаговані інтерпретаторами спірних історичних теорій, та стереотипи щодо інших націй. Расизм є ідеологічною основою для насильницьких акцій, кількість жертв яких досягло піку в 690 осіб у 2007 році. Уряд стверджує, що докладає значних зусиль для боротьби з цим явищем, критики вважають ці зусилля недостатніми. (uk)
