Regarding the latter, the party revealed its dearth of diplomatic sense and its stubborn view that all Germans outside the Reich must be united into a world-wide Volksgemeinschaft [racial community]; it was willing even to undermine Germany's agreement with Japan with its political agitation and propaganda in the country."
