- برو تور 2005 (بالإنجليزية: 2005 UCI ProTour) هو موسم من ، بدأ الموسم بسباق تيرينو ادرياتيكو 2005 في 9 مارس، وانتهى بسباق باريس تورز في 9 أكتوبر، فاز بالمركز الأول دانيلو دي لوكا، وبالمركز الثاني توم بونن، وبالمركز الثالث دافيدي ريبلين. (ar)
- L'edició del 2005 de l'UCI ProTour va ser l'edició inaugural d'aquesta competició introduïda per l'Union Cycliste Internationale per substituir l'antiga Copa del Món UCI. Després que el mallot blanc de líder del ProTour hagués passat per fins a quatre ciclistes diferents (Bobby Julich, Óscar Freire, Alessandro Petacchi i Tom Boonen), va ser l'italià de Danilo Di Luca el que es va endur la general final individual. En equips, va triomfar el Team CSC, i per nacions, la guanyadora va ser Itàlia. (ca)
- The 2005 ProTour was the first year of the newly introduced UCI ProTour system, in which the ProTour teams are guaranteed, and obliged to, participate in the series of ProTour races. In certain ways the ProTour replaced the UCI Road World Cup series of one-day races, which in 2004 was won by one-day specialist Paolo Bettini for the third time in a row. The beginning of the ProTour saw difficult negotiations with the organizers of the Grand Tours, the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta a España. (en)
- Die UCI ProTour 2005 war die erstmalige Ausgabe der UCI ProTour, einer Serie der wichtigsten Straßenradrennen der Welt. Bereits im Frühjahr hatte sich der spätere Sieger Danilo di Luca mit Erfolgen beim Amstel Gold Race und dem Wallonischen Pfeil, sowie dem Gesamtsieg bei der Baskenland-Rundfahrt einen deutlichen Vorsprung in der Gesamtwertung erarbeitet. Während di Luca und der Gesamtzweite Tom Boonen vor allem im Frühjahr Punkte sammelten, konnte sich Davide Rebellin im letzten Rennen, der Lombardei-Rundfahrt noch auf Platz drei verbessern. Auf Grund seiner konstant guten Platzierungen konnte sich das Team CSC die Mannschaftswertung sichern. Das Team Gerolsteiner war als bestes deutsches Team Sechster. (de)

- De UCI ProTour 2005 was de eerste editie van de UCI ProTour waarin alle belangrijke klassiekers en rittenkoersen gebundeld werden. Het was de opvolger van de wereldbeker. Er stonden 27 koersen op het programma namelijk de drie grote rondes, tien kleinere etappekoersen, dertien klassiekers en een ploegentijdrit. Twintig ploegen maakten deel uit van de ProTour en waren derhalve voor alle koersen startgerechtigd. (nl)

Cały cykl obejmował 27 wyścigów – 13 etapowych (w tym polski Tour de Pologne) i 14 jednodniowych (w tym jeden drużynowy) oraz mistrzostwa świata w Madrycie. W klasyfikacji indywidualnej zwyciężył Włoch Danilo Di Luca (Liquigas-Bianchi) przed Belgiem Tomem Boonenem oraz Włochem Davide Rebellinem. W klasyfikacji drużynowej triumfował duński zespół Team CSC przed szwajcarskim Phonakiem oraz holenderskim Rabobankiem. W pierwszej edycji UCI ProTour uczestniczyło obligatoryjnie dwadzieścia najmocniejszych zespołów zawodowych (ProTeams). (pl)
