- الأساطير الكورنشية أو أساطير كورنش (بالإنجليزية: Cornish mythology) هي التقاليد الشعبية والأساطير الخاصة بالكورنشيين. وهي تتألف جزئيا من التقاليد الشعبية التي وضعت في كورنوال وجزأ من التقاليد التي طورها البريطانيون في أماكن أخرى قبل نهاية الألفية الأولى، وغالبا ما يتشاركها مع شعوب بريتون وويلز. بعض من هذا يحتوي على بقايا من الأساطير البريطانية ما قبل المسيحية. - La mitologia còrnica és el conjunt de tradicions populars i la mitologia del . Consisteix en part de les tradicions populars desenvolupades a Cornualla (Gran Bretanya), i en part de les tradicions desenvolupades pels britànics en altres llocs abans del final del primer mil·lenni, sovint compartides amb les dels pobles bretó i gal·lés. Algunes d'aquests tradicions contenen restes de la mitologia de la Gran Bretanya precristiana. Hi ha molta cultura popular tradicional a Cornualla, sovint en forma de contes de gegants, de sirenes, de la , i dels piskies o «pobel vean». Actualment, aquests contes segueixen sent populars, amb molts esdeveniments que acullen un «droll teller» que explica aquestes històries; aquests mites i històries han tingut molt d'èxit entre el públic, especialment en llibres infantils. El conte de fades té lloc a Cornualla. Moltes de les primeres llegendes britàniques associen el rei Artús a Cornualla, i n'estableixen el lloc de naixement a Tintagel, la cort del seu oncle el rei Marc de Cornualla, pare de Tristany. (ca)
- Cornish mythology is the folk tradition and mythology of the Cornish people. It consists partly of folk traditions developed in Cornwall and partly of traditions developed by Britons elsewhere before the end of the first millennium, often shared with those of the Breton and Welsh peoples. Some of this contains remnants of the mythology of pre-Christian Britain. The traditional folklore of Cornwall, often consists of tales of giants, mermaids, Bucca, piskies or the 'pobel vean' (little folk.) These tales are still popular today, with some events hosting a 'droll teller' or storyteller, to share Cornish myths and legends. The myths and stories of Cornwall have found much publishing success, particularly in children's books. The fairy tale Jack the Giant Killer takes place in Cornwall. Many early British legends associate King Arthur with Cornwall, putting his birthplace at Tintagel, the court of King Mark of Cornwall, uncle of Tristan and husband of Iseult, the most famous Cornish lovers.
