- The 2019–20 Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 was the 58th season of the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 since its establishment in 1962. A total of 16 teams contested the league. The Ligue Professionnelle 1 kicked off on August 15, 2019, this time without an official sponsorship for the first time since 2008–09, Mobilis ATM did nothing to renew the contract. On September 17, at the Extraordinary General Assembly of Algerian Football Federation, it unanimously endorses the change of the competition system by increasing the number of clubs from 16 to 18, as for the second division to 32 clubs from two groups Central East and Central West from 16 clubs also became the number of professional clubs 18 instead of 32 starting from the season 2020–21. Die Saison begann am 15. August 2019. Am 15. März 2020 wurde die Entscheidung getroffen, die Liga aufgrund der COVID-19-Pandemie in Algerien zu pausieren. Am 29. - El Campeonato Nacional de Argelia 2019-20 fue la 56° edición de la Championnat National de Première Division, la máxima categoría del fútbol profesional de Argelia. Inició el 15 de agosto de 2019 y finalizó el 14 de mayo de 2020. La pandemia del COVID-19 hizo que la federación declarase campeón a CR Belouizdad y diera por terminada la temporada. (es)
- La saison 2019-2020 de Ligue 1 est la 56e édition du Championnat d'Algérie de football. La saison débute le 15 août 2019 et se terminera le 19 mai 2020. Les équipes promues de deuxième division sont le NC Magra, l'ASO Chlef et l'US Biskra champion de Ligue 2 en titre. La saison est marquée par l'arrêt du championnat à partir du 15 mars après la propagation de la pandémie de Covid-19 en Algérie. Le 29 juillet 2020, le bureau fédéral de la Fédération algérienne de football annonce la fin officielle du championnat et détermine le classement final en prenant en compte un indice de performance (ratio) selon le nombre de points marqués sur tous les matchs joués. Le CR Belouizdad est déclaré champion et la relégation est supprimée pour la saison 2019-2020. (fr)
