- النظرية التكاملية (بالإنجليزية: Integral theory) مصطلح يستعمل لوصف أعمال وأفكار الكاتب الأمريكي Ken Wilber. يمكن للمصطلح أن يشير إلى أفكار ويلبر بشكل عام أو إلى نواحي معينة متعلقة بالتطبيق النظري أو العلمي. (ar)
- Als integrale Theorie, auch „integrales Denken“ oder „integrale Weltsicht“ genannt, bezeichnet sich eine Schule von Weltanschauungen, die sich um eine umfassende Sicht des Menschen und der Welt, oft auch des Geistigen und Göttlichen ganz allgemein, bemüht. Es handelt sich nicht um einheitliche oder präzise Theorie im engeren Sinne, sondern um einen Versuch, im Rahmen eines weltweit wachsenden offenen Diskurses eklektisch verschiedene natur-, human- und geisteswissenschaftliche Denkansätze, sowie Elemente prämoderner, moderner und postmoderner, östlicher und westlicher Weltsichten, und rationale und spirituelle Gedanken zu integrieren. In einem engeren Sinn zugehörig sind die Autoren Aurobindo Ghose, Jean Gebser, Johannes Heinrichs und Ken Wilber und deren Schüler. Dabei berufen sich diese auf die Tradition anderer, mehr oder weniger eklektischer Autoren wie Lessing, Hegel oder Teilhard de Chardin; eine eng verwandte Theorie ist Spiral Dynamics. Rudolf Bahro und Maik Hosang verstehen sich selbst auch als Vertreter der „integralen Theorie“, was unter anderen Mitgliedern dieser Schule jedoch bestritten wird. Denker wie Hermann Lotze, Max Scheler und Nicolai Hartmann oder Pitirim Sorokin, gelten heutigen Vertretern der integralen Theorie als integrale Denker avant la lettre. (de)

- Integral theory is a synthetic metatheory developed by Ken Wilber. It attempts to place a wide diversity of theories and models into one single framework. The basis is a "spectrum of consciousness," from archaic consciousness to ultimate spirit, presented as a developmental model. This model is based on development stages as described in structural developmental stage theories; various psychic and supernatural experiences; and models of spiritual development. In Wilber's later framework, the AQAL (All Quadrants All Levels) model, it is extended with a grid with four quadrants (interior-exterior, individual-collective), synthesizing various theories and models of individual psychological and spiritual development, of collective mutations of consciousness, and of levels or holons of neurological functioning and societal organisation, in a metatheory in which all academic disciplines and every form of knowledge and experience are supposed to fit together. Wilber's integral theory has been applied in a number of domains. The Integral Institute currently publishes the peer-reviewed Journal of Integral Theory and Practice, and SUNY Press has published twelve books in the "SUNY series in Integral Theory."
