- Rugby Europe International Championships je mistrovství Evropy pro země 2. a 3. úrovně v rugby, a pořádá ho . Turnaj je rozdělen do 5 úrovní (dříve divizí). Jeho nejvyšší úroveň se nyní nazývá Dřívější dvouletý cyklus byl nahrazen každoročním formátem, a mezi jednotlivými soutěžemi se postupuje a sestupuje. El torneig es divideix en 7 divisions, cadascuna representada entre 4 i 6 equips. Les divisions juguen en un cicle de dos anys en format lligueta a doble volta, tant a casa com a fora. Des de 2009, el títol s'assigna de forma anual en funció de la classificació d'aquell any, però el mecanisme de descensos i ascensos es fa de forma biannual. No hi ha cap mecanisme d'ascens i descens amb el Torneig de les Sis Nacions. Des de la Copa del Món de Rugbi de 2007, l'edició prèvia a la Copa del Món de Rugbi serveix com a Fase de classificació per al torneig. (ca)

- I Campionati internazionali Rugby Europe (in inglese Rugby Europe International Championships) sono l'insieme dei tornei di rugby a 15 per squadre nazionali organizzati su base annuale da Rugby Europe, organismo di governo della disciplina in Europa. Tale trofeo esiste dal 1936 e ha avuto nel corso degli anni diverse denominazioni.Inoltre, fino al 1997 vide la partecipazione di tutte le maggiori federazioni dell'Europa continentale, Italia e Francia su tutte; successivamente entrambe abbandonarono il torneo per dedicarsi solamente al Sei Nazioni (così rinominato con l'ammissione della citata Italia nel 2000). Benché il campionato riservato alle sole federazioni europee sia iniziato solo nel 1999 (Marocco e Tunisia, membri della FIRA, nome originario di Rugby Europe, erano partecipanti regolari alla competizione), World Rugby riconosce piena continuità con la precedente versione di torneo, la Coppa FIRA e, prima ancora, la Coppa delle Nazioni, contestualmente equiparando le vittorie in tali tornei alla conquista del campionato d'Europa a tutti i fini sportivi.Dal 1999-2000 il campionato è, di fatto la massima competizione per le squadre europee di secondo livello, immediatamente dopo quelle del Sei Nazioni: in ragione di ciò, nel linguaggio giornalistico il torneo ha assunto la definizione di «Sei Nazioni B» poiché le partite si giocano di solito negli stessi week-end del torneo maggiore, benché i due tornei non abbiano alcun punto di contatto facendo capo a due organizzazioni distinte. Il record di vittorie appartiene alla Francia che, su 31 partecipazioni fino al 1997, ha vinto 25 volte il titolo e cinque volte è giunta seconda; nello stesso periodo è la Romania la squadra più vittoriosa dopo la Francia con 5 titoli (e altrettanti dopo il 1999); l'Italia ha vinto una sola edizione del torneo, nel 1997, coincidente con la sua ultima apparizione in tale competizione; in 9 occasioni è arrivata seconda e in altre 8 è giunta terza.La Georgia, invece, pur seconda assoluta nel palmarès della competizione è la prima da quando le squadre del Sei Nazioni non disputano più il campionato europeo, con 13 vittorie a tutta l'edizione 2020-21. La prima divisione di torneo, che si disputa a 6 squadre a girone unico, ha assegnato al 2021 cinquanta titoli di campione d'Europa; le varie divisioni della competizione sono periodicamente usate come torneo di qualificazione europeo alla Coppa del Mondo.
