- Die Neues Leben Bibel ist eine kommunikative Bibelübersetzung. Die Gesamtausgabe (Altes und Neues Testament) erschien im Jahre 2006 im Hänssler-Verlag. Es handelt sich um eine deutschsprachige Ausgabe der englischsprachigen New Living Translation, die 1996 veröffentlicht wurde. Als Grundtext liegt dem Alten Testament die Biblia Hebraica zugrunde, dem Neuen Testament das Novum Testamentum Graece von Nestle-Aland und das UBS Greek New Testament.Das englische Original wurde von einer großen Anzahl evangelikaler Theologen (z. B. Craig Blomberg, oder Richard Schultz) aus dem hebräischen und griechischen Grundtext übersetzt. Hauptanliegen dieser englischen Übersetzung war neben exegetischer Genauigkeit die größtmögliche Verständlichkeit. Die NLB versteht sich selbst als eher freie Übersetzung. Ein Team von deutschen Übersetzern, Lektoren und Theologen hat die englischen Texte übersetzt und überarbeitet. Neuere Ausgaben der NLB erscheinen bei SCM R. Brockhaus. Basierend auf den Texten der NLB gibt es mehrere Ausgaben mit Erklärungen: Studienbibel „Begegnung fürs Leben“, Die Hauskreisbibel, Die Orientierungsbibel, LIVE Teens Bibel und die Familienbibel „Gottes Wort in unserer Mitte“. - La Nueva Traducción Viviente, también conocida como La Santa Biblia, Nueva Traducción Viviente (NTV, inglés: New Living Translation) es una versión actualizada de la Biblia. Esta versión está traducida de fuentes en idiomas hebreo, arameo y griego. Es una traducción dinámica. La traducción de esta versión bíblica tardó aproximadamente 10 años y fue elaborada por alrededor de 50 eruditos bíblicos de los más destacados. Está escrita en un lenguaje español de actualidad, lo que facilita su comprensión y lectura en casi todo el texto. La publicación está a cargo de la editorial Tyndale. El equipo estuvo constituido por muchos traductores de inglés y el resultado es una traducción de la versión inglesa, evidente en seguir la tradición de la versión King James en cuanto a preferir traducir משפת y δικαιοσυνε, por rectitud personal o piedad o buena conducta o una vida recta, en cambio de justicia, que es un concepto social, Vale decir que reduce el significado del texto en donde aparece el concepto de justicia a una versión individualizada del concepto.
