- تُشير خطة ينون (بالإنجليزية: Yinon Plan) إلى مقال نُشر في فبراير 1982 في المجلة العبرية كيفونيم («الاتجاهات») بعنوان «إستراتيجية لإسرائيل في الثمانينيات». كتب المقال عوديد ينون، المشهور كمستشار سابق لأرييل شارون، مسؤول كبير سابق في وزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية وصحفي في جيروزاليم بوست. يُستشهد به كمثال مبكر لوصف المشاريع السياسية في الشرق الأوسط بمنطق الانقسامات الطائفية. وقد لعبت دورًا في كل من تحليل حل النزاعات من قبل الباحثين الذين يعتبرونها قد أثرت في صياغة السياسات التي اعتمدتها الإدارة الأمريكية في عهد جورج دبليو بوش، وكذلك في نظريات المؤامرة التي بموجبها توقع المقال أو خطّط لأحداث سياسية كبرى في الشرق الأوسط منذ الثمانينيات، بما في ذلك غزو العراق عام 2003 والإطاحة بصدام حسين، والحرب الأهلية السورية وصعود داعش. تم الادعاء بأن مقال ينون قد تم تبنيه من قبل أعضاء معهد الاستراتيجيات الصهيونية في الإدارة الأمريكية حتى تم تناوله بشكل مفترض كوسيلة لتعزيز المصالح الأمريكية في الشرق الأوسط، وكذلك تحقيق الحلم اليهودي بدولة "من جدول مصر إلى نهر الفرات"، وتشمل غالبية الشرق الأوسط، كما هو مكتوب في الكتاب المقدس العبري. كانت مجلة «كيفونيم» مُكرّسة لدراسة اليهودية والصهيونية، وقد ظهرت بين عامي 1978 و 1987، ونشرها قسم الإعلام في المنظمة الصهيونية العالمية في القدس. - L’expression « plan Yinon » se réfère à un article paru en février 1982 dans la revue Kivounim (« orientations » en hébreu), publiée par l’Organisation sioniste mondiale, domiciliée à Jérusalem. L’article, intitulé Une stratégie pour Israël dans les années 80, est signé par Oded Yinon, qui se présente comme journaliste et ancien fonctionnaire du ministère israélien des Affaires étrangères. La thèse de l'existence du « plan Yinon » est controversée : elle est utilisée par des militants antisionistes pour critiquer la politique israélienne au Proche et au Moyen-Orient mais d'autres auteurs jugent que l'article est resté anecdotique (voire largement ignoré) et qu'il ne faut pas le confondre avec un « plan » ou une « feuille de route » qui aurait été suivie par les dirigeants d'Israël. - The Yinon Plan refers to an article published in February 1982 in the Hebrew journal Kivunim ("Directions") entitled 'A Strategy for Israel in the 1980s'. The article was penned by Oded Yinon, reputedly a former advisor to Ariel Sharon, a former senior official with the Israeli Foreign Ministry and journalist for The Jerusalem Post. It is cited as an early example of characterizing political projects in the Middle East in terms of a logic of sectarian divisions. It has played a role in both conflict resolution analysis by scholars who regard it as having influenced the formulation of policies adopted by the American administration under George W. Bush, and also in conspiracy theories according to which the article either predicted or planned major political events in the Middle East since the 1980s, including the 2003 invasion of Iraq and the overthrowing of Saddam Hussein, the Syrian Civil War and the rise of the Islamic State. Conspiracy theories further claim that the plan was introduced to the US by members of the Israeli Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies in administration and that it was adopted by the Bush administration following 9/11 (claimed to be a Mossad false flag) with the goal of furthering US interests in the region, while simultaneously advancing the alleged Jewish dream of Greater Israel "from the Nile to the Euphrates". Kivunim was a quarterly periodical dedicated to the study of Judaism and Zionism which appeared between 1978 and 1987, and was published by the World Zionist Organization's department of Information in Jerusalem.
