- Die Universität Spiru Haret (rum.: Universitatea Spiru Haret, abg.: USH) ist eine rumänische Privatuniversität mit Sitz in Bukarest. Sie wurde 1991 gegründet und erlangte im Jahr 2000 offizielle Akkreditierung. Sie gilt als eine Kaderschmiede der momentanen politischen und wirtschaftlichen Elite Rumäniens, kam jedoch mehrfach unter Kritik wegen mangelnder Qualität und leichtfertiger Vergabe von akademischen Titeln. - L'université « Spiru Haret » est l'une des universités privées qui se sont multipliées à Bucarest, en Roumanie, depuis 1990 (et dont quelques-unes ont disparu depuis) ; elle a été créée en 1991 par le président du Fondation La Roumanie de Demain, Aurelian Gh. Bondrea, pour assurer les activités d’enseignement de la fondation. L’université affirme dans son argumentation publicitaire, avoir pris modèle sur l'université Harvard. Elle porte le nom d'un scientifique et réformateur de l’enseignement roumain Spiru Haret, un homologue d'Émile Combes, qui a vécu avant la Première Guerre mondiale. Après neuf ans de fonctionnement et de délivrance de diplômes non reconnus par le ministère de l'Éducation, mais utiles pour trouver des emplois, l’université fut accréditée par le Conseil national pour l'évaluation académique et l'accréditation des institutions d'enseignement supérieur le 14 février 2000. La fondation de l’université fut confirmée rétroactivement par la Loi n° 443 de 5 juillet 2002 actuellement en application. Selon le site de l’université, en juillet 2010, elle gérerait pas moins de 30 facultés, avec 49 spécialités et 64 programmes de Master et elle serait la plus grande université de Roumanie selon le journal Financiarul. En 2009 elle a affirmé avoir formé 311.928 étudiants et ce journal la décrivait alors comme la plus grande université du monde. Ce serait, en tout cas, la deuxième université privée du monde, après l'université islamique Azad (avec 1,3 million d’étudiants). Le pape Jean-Paul II et l'ancien président roumain Ion Iliescu ont tous deux reçu le titre docteur honoris causa de cette université. Dans l’année 2011, l’Université Spiru Haret a été officiellement évaluée comme « université basée sur l’éducation », la troisième et dernière catégorie des universités roumaines en tant que qualité de l’éducation. - The Spiru Haret University is a private university in Bucharest, Romania, founded in 1991 by the president of Tomorrow's Romania Foundation, Aurelian Gh. Bondrea, as part of the teaching activities of this foundation. The university claims this has been done according to the model used by Harvard University. The university bears the name of a scientist and reformer of the Romanian education, Spiru Haret, who lived before World War I. On February 14, 2000, the university was accredited by the National Council of Academic Evaluation and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions. The establishment of the university was confirmed by Law no. 443 of July 5, 2002 and this law has not been abolished. According to the data published by the university in July 2010, it has 30 faculties with 49 specializations and 64 master's degree curricula, being according to the newspaper Financiarul the largest university in Romania. In 2009 enrollment was reported as 311,928 students. Referring to the number of its students, the newspaper mistakenly called it the largest university in the world. It is the second-largest private university in the world, after Islamic Azad University (with 1.3 million students). Pope John Paul II and a former Romanian president, Ion Iliescu, have received honorary doctorates from the university. In 2011, the Spiru Haret University was officially evaluated as an "education-centered university", which is the third and lowest educational quality category of the Romanian universities. Education centered universities have lost the right of organizing doctorate degrees studies. In July 2017, Spiru Haret University ranked on the 27th place out of 103 other universities in Romania. Il 14 febbraio 2000 è stata accreditata dal consiglio nazionale per la valutazione accademica e l'accreditamento degli istituti d'istruzione superiore (CNEAA), confermata dalla legge nr. 443 del 5 luglio 2002.
