- خطة العمليات المتكاملة (SIOP) هي الخطة العامة التي اتبعتها الولايات المتحدة للتجهيز لحرب نووية من عام 1961 إلى 2003. سمحت تلك الخطة لرئيس الولايات المتحدة بنطاق واسع من الخيارات، ووضحت إجراءات إطلاق الأسلحة النووية والمواقع التي سوف تستهدفها الولايات في حالة نشوب حرب نووية. جمعت تلك الخطة بين قدرات الثالوث النووي لقاذفات القنابل الاستراتيجية، وبين القذائف الأرضية الباليستية العابرة للقارات، وصواريخ الغواصات المائية الباليستية. حظرت الولايات المتحدة نشر مستند خطة العمليات المتكاملة بشكل صارم، وكانت تُعد أكثر القضايا خطرًا وسرية ضمن سياسة الأمن القومي الأمريكي. اكتملت صياغة أول نسخة من خطة العمليات المتكاملة في 14 ديسمبر عام 1960 بعنوان «SIOP-62»، وطُبقت في 1 يوليو عام 1961 (أو بداية السنة المالية 1962). حُدثت الخطة سنويًا حتى فبراير عام 2003 عندما استُبدلت بخطة العملية العسكرية 8044. واعتبارًا من يوليو 2012، تتبنى الولايات المتحدة خطة «العملية العسكرية 8010-12، الردع الاستراتيجي واستخدام القوة» استعدادًا للحرب النووية. - The Single Integrated Operational Plan (SIOP) was the United States' general plan for nuclear war from 1961 to 2003. The SIOP gave the President of the United States a range of targeting options, and described launch procedures and target sets against which nuclear weapons would be launched. The plan integrated the capabilities of the nuclear triad of strategic bombers, land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM), and sea-based submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBM). The SIOP was a highly classified document, and was one of the most secret and sensitive issues in U.S. national security policy. The first SIOP, titled SIOP-62, was finished on 14 December 1960 and implemented on 1 July 1961 (the start of fiscal year 1962). The SIOP was updated annually until February 2003, when it was replaced by Operations Plan (OPLAN) 8044. Since July 2012, the US nuclear war plan has been OPLAN 8010-12, Strategic Deterrence and Force Employment. (en)

Les SIOP sont nommés en fonction de l'année fiscale pendant laquelle ils prennent effet. Ainsi le premier plan officiellement appliqué s'est appelé SIOP-92 car promulgué en juin 1992, avant cela les plans étaient identifiés par deux caractères alphanumériques. Un nouveau SIOP est approuvé tous les ans, même en l'absence de modification. Le SIOP a été remplacé par un ou plusieurs CONPLANs (Contingency Plans, en français : « Plans d'urgence ») ou OPLAN, cependant ce terme reste largement utilisé lors des discussions stratégiques. L'OPLAN 8044 remplace le SIOP depuis mars 2003. Le plan le plus récent est l'OPLAN 8010 qui date de février 2008. Le STRATCOM a effectué 16 mises à jour majeures du plan de guerre stratégique entre 1988 et février 2009 en réponse aux changements des menaces, des systèmes d'arme et des orientations politiques ou militaires. Il piano SIOP forniva al Presidente degli Stati Uniti una serie di opzioni per l'attacco a vari bersagli di diversa natura e decrescente livello, partendo dall'attacco "counterforce", al "second strike", ad attacchi strategici estesi, fino a limitati attacchi strategici e tattici, e descriveva le procedure di lancio e il set di bersagli contro i quali lanciare le armi nucleari. Il piano integrava le capacità della triade nucleare (costituita da bombardieri intercontinentali, da ICBM terrestri e da SLBM lanciati da sottomarini). In effetti il SIOP era un documento "top secret", e costituiva uno dei più segreti e sensibili argomenti nella politica di sicurezza nazionale americana. Il primo SIOP, col titolo SIOP-62, venne terminato il 14 dicembre del 1960 e implementato il 1º luglio del 1961 (inizio dell'anno fiscale 1962). - Single Integrated Operational Plan (SIOP) – zintegrowany plan operacyjny określający sposób wykorzystania amerykańskiego potencjału nuklearnego na wypadek wojny w latach 1960–2003. Obiektami ataku jądrowego przy użyciu środków strategicznych miały być cele o znaczeniu militarnym, gospodarczym lub politycznym rozlokowane na terytorium ZSRR, ChRL oraz państw członkowskich Układu Warszawskiego. Wyboru celów dokonywała specjalna wojskowa grupa planowania spośród obiektów umieszczonych w tajnej bazie danych aktualizowanej na bieżąco na podstawie danych z rozpoznania satelitarnego, lotniczego oraz informacji wywiadu agenturalnego. Do najważniejszych celów należały: bazy wojskowe, w których rozlokowano broń masowego rażenia, rafinerie, elektrownie, główne węzły komunikacyjne i przeprawy mostowe, duże ośrodki administracyjne i gospodarcze. Plany SIOP wprowadzono w miejsce opracowywanych wcześniej planów wojny jądrowej z ZSRR, jak plany „Pincher” (1946), „Broiler” (1947), „Grabber” (1948), „Fleetwood” (1949) i „Dropshot” (1949). Wszystkie te plany zakładały wykonanie uderzeń jądrowych na duże miasta i ośrodki przemysłowe przeciwnika z wykorzystaniem lotnictwa strategicznego. (pl)
