- Organizacje harcerskie – organizacje społeczne, których działanie opiera się na zasadach, celach i metodzie wprowadzonych przez założyciela skautingu Roberta Baden-Powella i rozwiniętych jako harcerstwo przez Andrzeja Małkowskiego. Pierwsze powstały po 1910 w zaborze austriackim, rosyjskim i pruskim. Współcześnie działają na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, w oparciu o ustawę z dnia 7 kwietnia 1989 r. – Prawo o stowarzyszeniach (Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz. 2261) oraz poza jej granicami, wśród Polonii.
