- La résidence d'été des Obrenović à Plavinac (en serbe cyrillique : Летњиковац Обреновића на Плавинцу код Смедерева ; en serbe latin : Letnjikovac Obrenovića na Plavincu kod Smedereva) se trouve à Smederevo (quartier de Plavinac), dans le district de Podunavlje, en Serbie. Elle est inscrite sur la liste des monuments culturels protégés de la République de Serbie (identifiant no SK 2021). La résidence est située sur une pente de la rive droite du Danube, avec un arrière plan constitué par une forêt et une vue donnant sur les vignes, le fleuve et la plaine du Banat. Conçue comme un palais d'été pour la dynastie des Obrenović, elle a connu de nombreux changements en presque deux siècles d'existence. (fr)

The earliest structure originates from 1865 but was expanded and reconstructed several times since then. In 2009 it was declared a cultural monument. As it is today owned by the state, it has been used for the state visits and in 2015 the venue was open for public. It is also colloquially known as the "Obrenović Summerhouse" or the "Royal Vineyard" and is the only surviving summerhouse of the dynasty which was overthrown in 1903. (en)
