- Parliamentary elections were held in Poland on 13 October 2019. All 460 members of the Sejm and 100 senators of the Senate were elected. The ruling Law and Justice (PiS) retained its majority in the Sejm, but lost its majority in the Senate to the opposition. With 43.6% of the popular vote, Law and Justice received the highest vote share by any party since Poland returned to democracy in 1989. The turnout was the highest for a parliamentary election since the first free elections after the fall of communism in 1989. Le scrutin est marqué par un taux de participation record depuis la chute du communisme, avec plus de 60 % des inscrits. - Wybory parlamentarne w Polsce w 2019 roku – zarządzone na 13 października wybory do Sejmu i Senatu przez prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej Andrzeja Dudę dnia 6 sierpnia. Był to najwcześniejszy możliwy termin (na podstawie art. 194 kodeksu wyborczego, wybory w tym wypadku mogły się odbyć najpóźniej 11 listopada). Wybory przeprowadzone zostały na podstawie kodeksu wyborczego z 5 stycznia 2011. Obywatele Polski uprawnieni do głosowania wybrali w nich 460 posłów i 100 senatorów. Wybory do Sejmu zakończyły się zwycięstwem Prawa i Sprawiedliwości. Do Sejmu dostały się także Koalicja Obywatelska, Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe, Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej oraz Konfederacja Wolność i Niepodległość, jeden mandat przypadł też Mniejszości Niemieckiej. W Senacie mandaty uzyskały komitety PiS, KO, PSL i SLD oraz czworo kandydatów niezależnych (komitety wyborcze wyborców). Komitet wyborczy PiS uzyskał większość mandatów w Sejmie, natomiast nie zdobył jej w Senacie (choć w wyborach do tej izby także uzyskał najwięcej mandatów). (pl)
