The Frauen DFB-Pokal 2005–06 was the 26th season of the cup competition, Germany's second-most important title in women's football. The first round of the tournament was held on 7 August 2005. In the final which was held in Berlin on 29 April 2006 Turbine Potsdam defeated FFC Frankfurt 2–0, thus claiming their third title. Im Finale schlug man den 1. FFC Frankfurt mit 2:0. Allerdings tat man sich deutlich schwerer als in den Vorjahren. Zum ersten Mal seit Jahren erreichten wieder Clubs der 2. Bundesliga (Sand, Crailsheim und Saarbrücken) das Viertelfinale. Allerdings schied das Trio durch hohe Niederlagen aus. Außerdem durften zum ersten Mal keine zweiten Mannschaften mehr am DFB-Pokal teilnehmen. Sofern eine zweite Mannschaft den Verbandspokal gewonnen hat rückt der unterlegene Finalist nach. (de)
