Ventoux AOC (known as Côtes du Ventoux AOC until 2008) is a wine-growing AOC in the southeastern region of the Rhône wine region of France, where the wines are produced in 51 communes of the Vaucluse département along the lower slopes of the Ventoux mountain and at the foot of the Vaucluse Mountains. The neighbouring appellation of Luberon AOC stretches along its southern border and is separated from it by the Calavon river.

Anciennement appelé côtes-du-ventoux, il a été renommé par le décret n°2009-1243 du 14 octobre 2009. Son vignoble est disposé en arc de cercle autour du mont Ventoux surnommé le Géant de Provence. Des récentes découvertes archéologiques ont mis en évidence que l'implantation des vignes sur ce terroir était l'une des plus anciennes de France. Sur une superficie de 7 450 hectares, on récolte du vin rouge, du rosé et du blanc ainsi que du vin primeur rouge et rosé. Sa production est la deuxième en importance de la vallée du Rhône. (fr)
