- Kontinentální pohár (zvaný též CoC podle anglického Continental Cup) je série závodů ve skocích na lyžích. Kontinentální pohár je skokanskou „druhou ligu“ (za Světovým pohárem). V Kontinentálním poháru soutěží většinou mladší skokani, kteří zde sbírají zkušenosti, a sportovci, kteří se nevešli do národní nominace do SP a v Kontinentálním poháru hledají formu. (Navíc v závodech SP mohou startovat pouze ti skokani, kteří již bodovali v Kontinentálním poháru.) První sezóna Kontinentálního poháru proběhla v letech 1991/1992. Mezinárodní lyžařská federace soutěž založila, aby odlehčila přeplněnému SP. První dvě sezóny byl Kontinentální pohár známý pod názvem Evropský pohár. Vzrůstající počet závodníků způsobil, že v sezóně 2005/2006 přibyla ještě nižší soutěž, . (cs)
- Der Skisprung-Continental-Cup, abgekürzt COC, früher auch Interkontinentalcup, ist eine jährlich ab dem Winter 1991/92 vom Weltskiverband FIS ausgerichtete Wettkampfserie im Skispringen. Sie folgte auf den Skisprung-Europacup. Die ersten beiden Jahre wurde die Serie als Europacup/Continental Cup in Doppelbezeichnung ausgeführt. Fälschlicherweise wird der COC häufig als B-Weltcup bezeichnet, wahrscheinlich in Anlehnung an den Weltcup der Nordischen Kombination, bei dem Sportler zwischen A- und B-Weltcup auf- und absteigen. Sowohl bei den Herren als auch bei den Damen ist der Continental Cup die zweithöchste Wettkampfklasse, direkt nach dem Weltcup. Üblicherweise treten hier jüngere Springer beziehungsweise Springerinnen an, um sich einen Platz im Weltcupteam ihres Landes zu erspringen. Einige Springer wechseln auch mehrfach in einer Saison zwischen COC und Weltcup hin und her, sodass es oftmals zu keiner kontinuierlichen Teilnahme am Continental Cup kommt, weshalb dessen Gesamtsieger nicht zwangsläufig auch der beste Springer sein muss. Anders als im obersten Leistungslevel – wo zwischen winterlichem Weltcup und sommerlichem Grand Prix unterschieden wird – werden die Serien in beiden Jahreszeiten als Continental Cup bezeichnet. Bei den Damen war der Continental Cup bis einschließlich der Saison 2010/11 die einzige und somit automatisch höchste Wettkampfklasse. Seit der Saison 2011/12 wird jedoch auch eine Weltcupserie bei den Frauen ausgetragen, sodass der Continental Cup auch hier nur noch die „zweite Liga“ ist. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit den Sommer-Wettbewerben: Seit der Öffnung des Skisprung-Grand-Prix für Frauen im Jahr 2012 ist der sommerliche Continental Cup die zweithöchste Wettkampfklasse. (de)
- The FIS Ski Jumping Continental Cup is a series of ski jumping competitions arranged yearly by the International Ski Federation. It is considered the second level of international ski jumping, ranking below the World Cup and not counting Grand Prix which world top class summer competition. Athletes competing in the Continental Cup are usually juniors and jumpers fighting for a spot on their nation's World Cup team. Some jumpers alternate between the World Cup and the Continental Cup and therefore, the winner of the Continental Cup is not necessarily the best jumper. International Ski Federation considers the last two Europa Cup seasons in 1991/92 and 1992/93 where they competed only in Europe and with only European ski jumpers, as first two continental cup season. However, men officially began first season in 1993/94 spreading, with hosts spreading from Europe to Asian and North American ground. Competitors from United States, Canada and Asia previously competed in their own which was canceled, joined with Europeans on the second level of world ski jumping competition. Summer continental cup event was first time organized in 1996, however those summer events counted together in joined overall winter ranking until 2001/02. But from the season 2002/03 on, summer events counts in separated men's summer rankings. The women competition was introduced in the 2004/05. Summer events organized already in first season like with men counted together in joined overall winter ranking until 2007/08. But from the 2008/09 on, summer events counts in separated women's summer rankings. Until the 2010/11 this was the women's top international ski jumping competition and the season later, World Cup for women was introduced in 2011/12. So far only four individual an none of the team events in this competition have been held on ski flying hills: two events in Ironwood (1994) and two events in Vikersund (2004). Higher competitive circuits are the World Cup and the Summer Grand Prix; the lower circuits include the FIS Cup, the FIS Race and the Alpen Cup. (en)
- La coupe continentale de saut à ski est une compétition internationale de saut à ski de niveau inférieur à la coupe du monde de saut à ski. Elle est organisée par la fédération internationale de ski et se déroule chaque année en plusieurs épreuves organisées dans différents pays. Cette Coupe concerne tous les coureurs, en particulier les jeunes, qui sont invités à y faire leurs preuves ; en effet, la participation aux épreuves de coupe du monde n'est possible que si le skieur a au préalable marqué au moins un point dans au moins une épreuve de Coupe du monde ou de Coupe continentale au cours des deux années précédentes, sauf exception du « groupe national » qui offre au pays dans lequel se déroule une Coupe du monde de faire participer un contingent de quelques coureurs même sans aucun point, sur un maximum de deux épreuves par pays. La coupe continentale masculine de saut à ski a lieu depuis l'hiver 1991-1992. La version féminine Coupe continentale féminine de saut à ski est de 2004 jusqu'à la saison estivale 2011 la compétition féminine de saut à ski de plus haut niveau mondial. Cette série d'épreuves est apparue lors de la saison 2004/2005, le premier concours ayant eu lieu le 23 juillet 2004 à Park City. Depuis l'hiver 2011/2012 cette compétition continue d'exister, mais en raison de l'apparition de la coupe du monde féminine, elle devient une compétition de niveau moindre, comme son homologue masculine. - De Continental Cup schansspringen, kortweg COC, is een jaarlijks door de FIS georganiseerde reeks van schansspringwedstrijden. Bij zowel dames als heren is het, na het wereldbekercircuit, het op een na hoogste niveau van wedstrijden. Bij de dames was de Continental Cup tot en met seizoen 2010/2011 het hoogste niveau, met ingang van het wereldbekerseizoen 2011/2012 organiseert de FIS ook voor de dames wereldbekerwedstrijden. Bij de heren staan om die reden dan ook voornamelijk jonge schansspringers aan de start, met als doel een plaatsje in het wereldbekerteam van hun land te veroveren. Enkele springers wisselen gedurende het seizoen meerdere malen tussen de Continental Cup en de wereldbeker. De winnaar van het klassement hoeft dan ook niet noodzakelijkerwijs de beste schansspringer te zijn. In tegenstelling tot de wereldbeker, die in de zomer wordt vervangen door Grand Prix schansspringen, vindt de Continental Cup zowel in de zomer als in de winter plaats. - La Coppa Continentale di salto con gli sci (ufficialmente FIS Ski Jumping Continental Cup) è un circuito internazionale di gare di salto con gli sci organizzato annualmente dalla Federazione Internazionale Sci (FIS), a partire dalla stagione 1991/1992.Essa rappresenta il secondo livello dei circuiti internazionali di salto con gli sci, alle spalle della Coppa del Mondo e davanti a , FIS Race e . Dalla stagione 2004/2005 la Coppa è aperta anche alle donne; in quest'ambito è stata il circuito di gara di massimo livello fino all'istituzione della Coppa del Mondo femminile, avvenuta nel 2012. Nel 2002 è stato introdotto per gli uomini un circuito estivo di Coppa Continentale, la cui classifica però rimane separata rispetto a quella del circuito invernale. L'analogo circuito estivo per le donne è stato introdotto nel 2008. (it)

- Kontinentalcupen i backhoppning anordnas varje säsong av det internationella skidsportförbundet (FIS), med premiär säsongen 1991/1992. Det är backhoppningens näst högst rankade säsongsomfattande tävling, efter världscupen. Vanligtvis deltar juniorer, eller hoppare som kämpar för en plats i sitt lands världscuplag. Vissa hoppare deltar i både världscupen och kontinentalcupen, och därför är vinnaren av kontinentalcupen inte nödvändigtvis den bästa hopparen. Damvarianten startade säsongen . och blev de kommande säsongerna dambackhoppningens rankade säsongsomfattande tävling, då det inte fanns någon officiell världscup för damer. Säsongen 2011/2012 fick dock även damerna en världscup. (sv)
