- The art of Urartu refers to a historical and regional type of art from Urartu (Ararat), the ancient state of Western Asia which existed in the period from the 13th to the 6th centuries BC in the Armenian Highland. The art of Urartu was strongly influenced by nearby Assyria, the most prominent state of that period in the region. It peaked around the 8th century BC but was mostly looted, scattered and destroyed with the fall of Urartu about a century later. (en)

L'art du royaume d'Urartu a connu une influence très importante des artistes et artisans de la région voisine, l'Assyrie, principale puissance à l'époque de son épanouissement. L'apogée de l'art d'Urartu a été atteinte au VIIIe siècle av. J.-C. Sont parvenus jusqu'à nous, datant de cette époque, des statuettes en bronze, des bijoux, des armes et d'autres objets de facture artisanale. (fr)
- Sztuka Urartu – sztuka starożytnego Bliskiego Wschodu, tworzona na terenie starożytnego państwa Urartu, które istniało w pierwszym tysiącleciu p.n.e. na obszarze Wyżyny Armeńskiej. Rozwój jej przypadł na VIII wiek p.n.e. – na okres największej potęgi państwa. Zachowało się niewiele zabytków kultury materialnej Urartu: rzeźby z brązu, wyroby jubilerskie i inne wytwory rzemieślnicze, fragmenty zabudowy architektonicznej. Mimo że cywilizacja urartyjska znajdowała się pod silnym wpływem sąsiedniej Asyrii, wytworzyła własne charakterystyczne wzorce. (pl)
