- El Colgate-Palmolive 1977 és el circuit de tennis professional masculí de l'any 1977 organitzat per l' (ILTF). Fou la vuitena edició del circuit de tennis Grand Prix i consistia amb els torneigs de tennis reconeguts per la ILTF. Els torneigs es disputaren entre el 26 de desembre de 1976 i el 8 de gener de 1978. Per primera vegada, el calendari es va estendre durant tot l'any sense el circuit rival que es disputava en els primers mesos de l'any. (ca)
- The 1977 Colgate-Palmolive Grand Prix was a professional tennis circuit administered by the International Lawn Tennis Federation (ILTF, later the ITF) which served as a forerunner to the current Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) World Tour and the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Tour. The circuit consisted of the four modern Grand Slam tournaments and open tournaments recognised by the ILTF. The Colgate-Palmolive Masters is included in this calendar but did not count towards the Grand Prix ranking. Colgate-Palmolive was the new tour sponsor, taking over from Commercial Union. Guillermo Vilas won the Grand Prix circuit, having accumulated the most points (2,047), and received the largest share from the bonus pool ($300,000). The top eight points ranked singles players as well as the top four doubles teams qualified for the season-ending Masters tournament (en)

- Résultats des principaux tournois de tennis organisés par l'ATP en 1977. Cette saison est marquée par la domination de Guillermo Vilas qui remporte 16 tournois dont Roland-Garros et l'US Open tandis que Björn Borg remporte Wimbledon et Jimmy Connors le Masters. Malgré cela, Vilas n'atteindra jamais la place de no 1 mondial car à l'époque il y avait les tournois ATP et ceux du Grand Prix (ITF), l'ATP faisait une moyenne par rapport aux victoires (tours atteints = points) et nombres de tournois joués et là Connors était au-dessus.
