- إحصار الضفيرة العضدية (بالإنجليزية: Brachial plexus block) هي تقنية تخدير موضعي تُستخدم أحياناً كبديل أو كمساعد في التخدير العام لجراحة الطرف العلوي. تتضمن هذه التقنية حقن المخدر الموضعي بالقرب من الضفيرة العضدية وهذا يمنع الإحساس والقدرة على تحريك الطرف العلوي بشكل مؤقت. يمكن أن يبقى المريض مستيقظاً أثناء هذه العملية الجراحية، أو يمكن تركينه أو تخديره بالكامل إن لزم الأمر. هناك العديد من التقنيات لإحصار أعصاب الضفيرة العضدية. تُصنّف هذه التقنيات حسب المستوى الذي تُدخل به الإبرة أو القثطرة لحقن المخدر الموضعي- إحصار على الرقبة، إحصار فوق الترقوة مباشرة، إحصار تحت الترقوة، والإحصار الإبطي. - Die axilläre Blockade (auch axilläre Plexus-brachialis-Blockade, axilläre Plexusanästhesie) ist ein Regionalanästhesieverfahren, das operative Eingriffe am Arm ermöglicht. Dabei werden durch die Injektion von Lokalanästhetika im Bereich der Achsel die Nerven des Plexus brachialis (Nervus medianus, Nervus ulnaris, Nervus radialis, Nervus musculocutaneus) reversibel blockiert. Die axilläre Blockade ist ein relativ einfach durchzuführendes und nebenwirkungsarmes Verfahren. Ein Nachteil gegenüber der infraklavikulären Plexusblockade ist die teilweise ungenügende Ausschaltung des Innervationsgebietes des Nervus radialis („Radialislücke“), jedoch besteht nicht die Gefahr, einen Pneumothorax zu verursachen. Die Blockade des Plexus brachialis von der Achselhöhle aus gelang erstmals am 18. Juli 1911 dem Chirurgen Georg Hirschel. (de)
- Brachial plexus block is a regional anesthesia technique that is sometimes employed as an alternative or as an adjunct to general anesthesia for surgery of the upper extremity. This technique involves the injection of local anesthetic agents in close proximity to the brachial plexus, temporarily blocking the sensation and ability to move the upper extremity. The subject can remain awake during the ensuing surgical procedure, or they can be sedated or even fully anesthetized if necessary. There are several techniques for blocking the nerves of the brachial plexus. These techniques are classified by the level at which the needle or catheter is inserted for injecting the local anesthetic — interscalene block on the neck for example is considered the second most complete postoperative analgesia, supraclavicular block immediately above the clavicle, infraclavicular block below the clavicle and axillary block in the axilla (armpit).
