- Úmluva o zákazu a okamžitých opatřeních k odstranění nejhorších forem dětské práce, známá zkráceně jako Úmluva o nejhorších formách dětské práce, byla přijata Mezinárodní organizací práce (MOP) v roce 1999 jako úmluva MOP č. 182. Je jednou z osmi . Ratifikací této úmluvy se země zavazuje podniknout okamžité kroky k zákazu a odstranění nejhorších forem dětské práce. Úmluva se těší nejrychlejšímu tempu ratifikace v historii MOP od roku 1919. (MPOD) je v tomto ohledu zodpovědný za pomoc zemím a také za sledování dodržování předpisů. Jednou z metod, kterou MPOD k pomoci zemím používá, jsou . MOP také v roce 1999 přijala . Toto doporučení obsahuje mimo jiné doporučení o typech nebezpečí, která by měla být zvážena pro zahrnutí do národní definice . Úmluvu č. 182 podepsaly všechny členské státy MOP do 4. srpna 2020. Al ratificar el Convenio n.º 182, un Estado se compromete a tomar medidas inmediatas para prohibir y erradicar las peores formas de trabajo infantil. (es)
- Convention sur les pires formes de travail des enfants, 1999 La Convention concernant l'interdiction et l'action immédiate pour l'élimination des pires formes de travail des enfants, connue en abrégé sous le nom de Convention sur les pires formes de travail des enfants, a été adoptée par l'Organisation internationale du travail (OIT) en 1999 en tant que convention de l'OIT n° 182. C'est l'une des huit conventions fondamentales de l'OIT. En ratifiant cette convention n° 182, un pays s'engage à prendre des mesures immédiates pour interdire et éliminer les pires formes de travail des enfants . La convention connaît le rythme de ratification le plus rapide de l'histoire de l'OIT depuis 1919. L'OIT Programme International pour l & apos; élimination du travail des Enfants (IPEC) est chargé d'aider les pays à cet égard ainsi que de surveiller le respect des dispositions. L'une des méthodes utilisées par l'IPEC pour aider les pays à cet égard est Programmes assortis de délais. L'OIT a également adopté la recommandation n°190 sur les pires formes de travail des enfants en 1999. Cette recommandation contient, entre autres, des recommandations sur les types de risques à inclure dans une définition nationale des pires formes de risques auxquels sont confrontés les enfants au travail. - The Convention Concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour, known in short as the Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, was adopted by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 1999 as ILO Convention No 182. It is one of eight ILO fundamental conventions. By ratifying this Convention No. 182, a country commits itself to taking immediate action to prohibit and eliminate the worst forms of child labour. The Convention is enjoying the fastest pace of ratifications in the ILO's history since 1919. The ILO's International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC) is responsible for assisting countries in this regard as well as monitoring compliance. One of the methods used by IPEC to assist countries in this regard are Time-bound Programmes. The ILO also adopted the Worst Forms of Child Labour Recommendation No 190 in 1999. This recommendation contains, among others, recommendations on the types of hazards that should be considered for inclusion within a country-based definition of Worst Forms of Hazards faced by Children at Work. Convention No 182 has been signed by all ILO Member States by 4 August 2020. This has become the fastest ratified agreement in the UN's 101-year history. (en)
- Konventionen om förbud mot och omedelbara åtgärder för att avskaffa de värsta formerna av barnarbete (ILO:s konvention nr 182 om förbud mot och omedelbara åtgärder för att avskaffa de värsta formerna av barnarbete, Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention) är en konvention som antogs av Internationella arbetsorganisationen (ILO) den 17 juni 1999.
