- Sergio "Serge" de la Rama Osmeña III (Tagalog pronunciation: [ˈsɛɾdʒ ˈosmɛɲa]; born December 13, 1943) is a Filipino politician and legislator who served as a Senator of the Philippines. He is a grandson of the 4th president of the Philippines, Sergio Osmeña. In his eighteen years in the Senate, Osmeña chaired the most committees and filed the most bills in the history of the institution. (en)

Bij de verkiezingen van 1998 stelde Osmeña zich verkiesbaar als vicepresident van de Filipijnen met Alfredo Lim als kandidaat voor het presidentschap. Osmeña verloor echter van Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Osmeña is de kleinzoon van voormalig president Sergio Osmeña. In 2001 was Osmeña een van de senatoren die voor het openen van de tweede enveloppe met bewijsmateriaal stemden in de afzettingszaak die was aangespannen tegen president Joseph Estrada.
