- La rue Belliard (en néerlandais: Belliardstraat) est une rue bruxelloise de la commune de Bruxelles-ville et d'Etterbeek qui relie le cœur de Bruxelles au parc du Cinquantenaire. Il s'agit d'une voirie en sens unique à cinq bandes de circulation. C'est une des artères de sortie de la ville à la plus forte densité automobile. La numérotation des habitations va de 3 à 205 pour le côté impair et de 2A à 262 pour le côté pair. La première partie de la rue Belliard est principalement occupée par des bureaux, tandis que la seconde partie accueille également du logement. La rue Belliard débute au carrefour formé avec l'avenue des Arts et croise successivement , , , , d'Arlon, , , , , et , ainsi que la et le parc Léopold, la , la rue Froissart, et , pour aboutir au croisement avec l'avenue d'Auderghem. Le tracé de la première partie de la rue Belliard (entre l'avenue des Arts et la rue Van Maerlant) date de 1855 tandis que la seconde partie a été tracée en 1869. (fr)

Both are one-way streets; where traffic in the Rue de la Loi runs in the western direction towards Brussels' city centre, the Rue Belliard runs in the eastern direction, away from the city centre. The street runs from the east of the Small Ring to the south-western corner of the Parc du Cinquantenaire/Jubelpark. The street has four lanes from the Small Ring to the start of the , two lanes along Leopold Park and ends on one lane up to the Cinquantenaire. The section on one lane from one park to the other is partly in the territory of the municipality of Etterbeek. The rest of the street is in the territory of the City of Brussels. The Rue Belliard is named after Augustin Daniel Belliard, a French general who was governor of the department of the Dyle. (en)

De Belliardstraat begint bij de Kleine Ring en de Kunstlaan en loopt in oostelijke richting tot aan het Jubelpark. Het is een van de drukste uitvalswegen van Brussel.
