- Die Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, auch Claims Conference und Jewish Claims Conference (JCC), ist ein Zusammenschluss jüdischer Organisationen. Sie vertritt seit ihrer Gründung 1951 Entschädigungsansprüche jüdischer Opfer des Nationalsozialismus und Holocaust-Überlebender. Die Organisation hat ihren Sitz in New York City und unterhält in Frankfurt am Main, Wien und Tel Aviv Repräsentanzen. (de)
- The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, or Claims Conference, represents the world's Jews in negotiating for compensation and restitution for victims of Nazi persecution and their heirs. According to Section 2(1)(3) of the Property Law of Germany, the claims Conference is a legal successor with respect to the claims not filed on time by Jewish persons. This fact was reasserted in decisions of some lawsuits which attempted to redefine the Claims Conference as a "trustee" of these assets. These lawsuits were dismissed. The Claims Conference administers compensation funds, recovers unclaimed Jewish property, and allocates funds to institutions that provide social welfare services to Holocaust survivors and preserve the memory and lessons of the Holocaust. Julius Berman has led the organization as chairman of the board, and currently president, as of 2020. (en)
- La Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, également appelée Claims Conference et Jewish Claims Conference (JCC) est une organisation créée en 1951 composée d'associations juives et dont le but est de réclamer des dédommagements pour les victimes du national-socialisme et les rescapés de la Shoah, mais aussi de subvenir à leurs besoins. Elle travaille également en direction des descendants des victimes et participe à la mémoire et aux recherches autour de la Shoah. Le siège de l'organisation se trouve à New York mais des antennes existent également à Francfort, Vienne et Tel Aviv. Deux associations basées en France représentent le droit des victimes auprès de la Claims Conference : l'Alliance israélite universelle et le CRIF. (fr)

Organizacja powołana została w Nowym Jorku w październiku 1951 r. W akcie założycielskim uczestniczyli reprezentanci 22 czołowych organizacji żydowskich z wiodącą rolą Światowego Kongresu Żydów (World Jewish Congress). Główna siedziba organizacji znajduje się w Nowym Jorku, pozostałe – w Tel Awiwie, Frankfurcie nad Menem, Wiedniu, Mińsku, Moskwie i Kijowie. (pl)
