- مؤسسة فريدريش ناومان (بالألمانية: Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit) (FNF) هي مؤسسة ألمانية لأجل سياسات ليبرالية. تأسست العام 1958 من قبل ثيودور هيوس أول رئيس لجمهورية ألمانيا الفيدرالية وهي تدعو لتعزيز حرية الفرد والليبرالية. تتبع المؤسسة مبادئ اللاهوتي البروتستانتي (1860-1919). في بدايات القرن الماضي، اعتبر ناومان مفكرا ليبراليا وسياسيا رائدا. كما أيد وبقوة فكرة التعليم المدني، كما اعتقد أن وجود ديمقراطية فاعلة سياسيا تحتاج إلى مواطنين متعلمين. ووفقا له فان التعليم المدني هو شرط أساسي للمشاركة السياسية، وبالتالي الديمقراطية. ووفقا لهذا الصدد فان المؤسسة تعتبر وكيلا لليبرالية المنظمة، وهي تدهو لتعزيز هذا الأمر من خلال التعليم المدني، الحوارات السياسية الدولية، المشورة السياسية. لدى المؤسسة مكاتب في عدة مواقع في أوروبا، أفريقيا، أمريكا وآسيا. كما تتمتع بروابط وثيقة مع الحزب الديمقراطي الحر في ألمانيا والليبرالية الدولية.وفي حين أن أنشطة المؤسسة تهتم بتكوين حلقات دراسية تهتم بمجال التعليم المدني والمؤتمرات والمنشورات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز القيم والمبادئ الليبرالية، يوفر برنامج الحوار السياسي الدولي منتدى للنقاش لمجموعة واسعة من القضايا الليبرالية. وتركز برامج المشورة في المؤسسة على المرشحين للمناصب السياسية، الأحزاب السياسية الليبرالية وغيرها من المنظمات الديمقراطية. - The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (German: Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit) (FNF), is a German foundation for liberal politics, related to the Free Democratic Party. Established in 1958 by Theodor Heuss, the first president of the Federal Republic of Germany, it promotes individual freedom and classical liberalism. Usually still referred to as the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung), the foundation supplemented its name in 2007 with the words "for Freedom" (für die Freiheit). The foundation follows the ideals of the Protestant theologian, Friedrich Naumann. At the beginning of the last century, Naumann was a leading German liberal thinker and politician. He resolutely backed the idea of civic education. Naumann believed that a functioning democracy needs politically informed and educated citizens. According to him, civic education is a prerequisite for political participation and thus for democracy. In this regard, the foundation is an agent of organized liberalism. It promotes this through civic education, international political dialogues, and political counselling. The foundation has numerous offices in Europe, Africa, America, and Asia. It also enjoys close links with Germany's Free Democratic Party (FDP) and Liberal International (LI). While the foundation's activities in the field of civic education consist of seminars, conferences and publications aimed at promoting liberal values and principles, the international political dialogue program provides a discussion forum for a wide range of liberal issues. Fondée en 1958 par Theodor Heuss, le premier président de la République fédérale d’Allemagne, elle promeut les libertés individuelles et le libéralisme. La Fondation poursuit les idéaux du théologien protestant Friedrich Naumann (1860-1919). Au début du siècle dernier, cet important penseur et politicien libéral allemand a soutenu résolument l'idée de l’éducation civique. Naumann pensait que des citoyens instruits et informés politiquement étaient indispensables au bon fonctionnement d'une démocratie. Selon lui, l’éducation civique est une condition préalable à la participation politique et donc à la démocratie. À cet égard, la Fondation se positionne en faveur du libéralisme organisé qu'elle promeut au travers de l’éducation civique, des dialogues politiques internationaux, et de conseils politiques. La Fondation a de nombreux bureaux en Europe, Afrique, Amérique et Asie. Elle entretient aussi des liens étroits avec le parti libéral-démocrate (FDP) et l'Internationale libérale (LI) d’Allemagne. Alors que les activités de la Fondation dans le domaine de l’éducation civique consistent en des séminaires, des conférences et des publications visant à promouvoir les valeurs et les principes libéraux, le programme de dialogue politique international fournit un forum de discussion pour une grande variété de problèmes libéraux. Les programmes de conseil de la Fondation se focalisent sur les candidats à des mandats politiques, sur les partis politiques libéraux et sur d'autres organisations démocratiques. La fondation Friedrich-Naumann, de même que d'autres fondations de diverses orientations philosophiques, politiques et idéologiques, ainsi que la Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (non politique) promeuvent l'excellence académique dans le système universitaire allemand par l'attribution de bourses d'études subventionnées par le gouvernement fédéral d'Allemagne. En 2009, la Fondation soutenait environ 800 étudiants, dont 175 doctorants. Les bourses sont remises au terme d'un processus de sélection basé sur les résultats académiques, les lettres de recommandation, la personnalité, l'implication politique et sociale du candidat en faveur de valeurs libérales, ainsi que sur des entretiens avec des membres de la Fondation. Swoją działalnością wspiera przemiany demokratyczne i budowę społeczeństwa obywatelskiego.
