- Kompendio de la Katolika Sociala Doktrino (sigle KDSC), estas libro elaborita kaj eldonita (2004 ĉe Libreria Editrice Vaticana) zorge de la Papa Konsilio de Justeco kaj Paco en kiu estas kunigitaj kaj sisteme ordigitaj la instruaĵoj de la eklezia magisterio rilate la katolikan socialan doktrinon. La iniciato startis el Papo Johano Paŭlo la 2-a kiu tiucele taskis la menciitan Konsilion. (eo)
- The Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church, is a 2004 work issued by the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace to offer "a complete overview of the fundamental framework of the doctrinal corpus of Catholic social teaching." The work was created at the request of Pope John Paul II to consolidate and organize Church social doctrine. The work reads that "The Church… intends with this document on her social doctrine to propose to all men and women a humanism that is up to the standards of God's plan of love in history, an integral and solidary humanism capable of creating a new social, economic and political order, founded on the dignity and freedom of every human person, to be brought about in peace, justice and solidarity." The compendium's audience includes bishops, priests, men and women religious (e.g., nuns, deacons), catechists, lay faithful, and all people of good will committed to the common good. Catholic social doctrine is Magisterium, which obligates Catholics to adhere to it. (en)

La doctrina social de la Iglesia trata «acerca de las cuestiones de la vida social» de los cuales el compendio aspira «exponer de manera sintética, pero exhaustiva, la enseñanza social de la Iglesia». El compendio cuenta con una carta del cardenal Angelo Sodano, secretario de Estado de la Santa Sede en el tiempo de su publicación, al presidente del Pontificio Consejo para la Justicia y la Paz, cardenal Renato Martino. - Het Compendium van de sociale leer van de Kerk is een document uit 2004 van de Pauselijke Raad voor Gerechtigheid en Vrede dat een overzicht geeft van de sociale leer van de Katholieke Kerk. Dit boek, waarvan de redactie onder leiding van kardinaal was begonnen, werd door kardinaal Raffaele Martino aangeboden aan Paus Johannes Paulus II. Het boek behandelt de sociale leer van de Kerk en weidt uit over diverse onderwerpen zoals de mens, mensenrechten, het gezin, werk, economie, belastingen, politiek, de internationale gemeenschap, de zorg voor het milieu, vrede en oorlog. De Nederlandse vertaling werd uitgegeven in januari 2008 bij uitgeverij LICAP en kwam er op initiatief van het (UCSIA) en het Internationaal Instituut Kanunnik Triest van de Broeders van Liefde. (nl)
