- لجنة حقوق الطفل (بالإنجليزية: Committee on the Rights of the Child) كما تعرف اختصاراً (بالإنجليزية: CRC) مجموعة من الخُبراء المُستقلين يقومون بمتابعة وتقديم تقارير عن مدى تنفيذ الدول المُصادقة على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل من الأمم المتحدة. وترصد اللجنة أيضا تنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري بشأن إشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة (OP-AC) والبروتوكول الاختياري بشأن بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال والمواد الإباحية عن الأطفال (OP-SC). - Der Ausschuss für Kinderrechte, CRC, (englisch Committee on the Rights of the Child, CRC), ist ein von der UNO eingesetztes Kontrollorgan, welches die Umsetzung und Einhaltung des Übereinkommens über die Rechte des Kindes (KRK) und seiner Zusatzprotokolle durch die Vertragsstaaten überwacht. Stellt er bei der Kontrolle Mängel fest, kann er den Staaten Vorschläge und Empfehlungen unterbreiten, wie sie die Umsetzung des Vertrags verbessern können (Art. 62 Abs. 3 UN-Charta). Der CRC-Ausschuss besteht aus 18 Sachverständigen und tagt dreimal jährlich in Genf. Laut Angaben des Ausschusses prüft er auch von Kindern eingereichte Individualbeschwerden, bei Staatenberichten können auch Selbstorganisationen von Kindern (von Kindern gegründete und geführte Organisationen, Child-led organizations) Parallelberichte einreichen. Dazu nehmen Kinder bei Verhandlungen über die Umsetzung der KRK gleichberechtigt teil. Womit dieser Ausschuss das einzige Kontrollorgan ist, welches Kinder wie Volljährige behandelt. (de)
- El Comité de los Derechos del Niño es un organismo de las Naciones Unidas que tiene la función de examinar los progresos realizados en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contraídas por los Estados Partes que han ratificado la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño. El Comité también supervisa la aplicación de los dos protocolos facultativos de la Convención, publica su interpretación del contenido de las disposiciones sobre derechos humanos, en forma de observaciones generales sobre cuestiones temáticas y organiza días de debate general. Le Comité contrôle aussi l'application du et le . Le CRC est une des sept organisations traitant des droits de l'homme liés à l'ONU. Les gouvernements qui ont ratifié la Convention (c.-à-d., tous les membres de l'ONU sauf les États-Unis) doivent soumettre des rapports réguliers et détaillés sur la situation nationale de droits des enfants au Comité pour examen. Le Comité examine chaque rapport et soulève des préoccupations ou fait des recommandations à l'État concerné. Le Comité ne peut pas considérer les plaintes individuelles[réf. nécessaire], bien que les atteintes aux droits enfants peuvent être soulevés devant d'autres comités ayant la compétence pour considérer des plaintes individuelles. Cependant, au moins le cas de Gedhun Choekyi Nyima, le 11e panchen-lama, fut examiné par le Comité des droits de l'enfant le 28 mai 1996, et à d'autres occasions. Le Comité est composé de 18 membres de pays différents et systèmes juridiques qui sont de 'hautes valeurs morales' et des experts dans le domaine des droits de l'homme. Bien que les membres sont nommés et élus par les gouvernements, les membres du Comité agissent dans une capacité personnelle. Ils ne représentent pas le gouvernement de leurs pays ou aucune autre organisation à laquelle ils pourraient appartenir. Les membres sont élus pour une durée de quatre ans et peuvent être réélus s'ils sont nommés. Les membres actuels du Comité (mars 2013) sont (entre parenthèses date de fin de mandat) :
