- تعتبر جائحة كوفيد 19 في قطر (بالإنكليزية: COVID-19 Pandemic in Qatar) جزءًا من جائحة مرض فيروس كورونا المستجد 2019 العالمية (كوفيد 19) التي وقعت بسبب فيروس كورونا المرتبط بالمتلازمة التنفسية الحادة الشديدة النوع 2 (SARS-CoV-2). أُكدت أول حالة في قطر يوم 27 فبراير 2020. وحتى يوم 2 أغسطس، تعتبر قطر صاحبة أعلى عدد للحالات المؤكدة مقارنةً بأي دولة أخرى في العالم، بالنسبة لتعدادها السكاني، وثاني دولة على مستوى العالم العربي في العدد الكلي للحالات المؤكدة، بعد السعودية، بواقع 204,289 حالات. وصل العدد الكلي لحالات التعافي إلى 186,318 حالةً، مع 445 حالة وفاة مُعلنة. وبهذا، يوجد 3151 حالةً نشطةً تتلقى العلاج. وصل العدد الكلي للاختبارات التشخيصية التي أُجريت في قطر إلى 500,536 اختبارًا. كان عدد الوفيات في قطر منخفضًا بالنسبة لعدد الحالات المعلنة؛ يمكن أن يكون هذا جزئيًا بسبب نظام الرعاية الصحية الجيد بالدولة وحقيقة أن نسبةً عاليةً من المقيمين بالدولة في سن صغيرة وصحة جيدة، ولكن بشكل رئيسي بسبب حقيقة أن قطر تحسب حالات الوفاة المنسوبة بشكل مباشر فقط إلى كوفيد 19 فقط. The virus was confirmed to have reached Qatar on 27 February 2020. As of the 12th of September 2022, a total of 3,904,273 people have been tested in the country. The reported number of deaths in Qatar has been low relative to the number of reported cases, which may be in part due to the country's adequate healthcare system and the fact that a high proportion of residents are young and healthy.
