- تكبير الأرداف (بالإنجليزية: Buttock augmentation) هو مصطلح يندرج تحت جراحات التجميل وجراحات حقن وشفط الدهون ويشمل كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لتصحيح العيوب الخلقية، وهو بالتحديد مشتمل تحت العمليات الجراحية الخاصة بعيوب وتشوهات الأرداف وتشريح المنطقة الألوية المكتسبة. ويهدف في الأساس إلى التحسين الجمالي (عن طريق تكبير أو تصغير) محيط الأرداف، بحيث تشتمل الإجراءات التصحيحية لتكبير الأرداف وإصلاح الأرداف الوضع الجراحي لزرع الألوية (بدلة الأرداف) ونحت الدهون (نقل الدهون وشفط الدهون)، ونحت الجسم (بالجراحة) لحل الخلل أو التشوه الخاص بالمريض في منطقة الألوية. وعلاوة على ذلك، في التطبيق العملي لجراحات تغيير الجنس وكذلك في جراحات التحويل جنسي والتصحيح الجنسي وأيضاً في حراجات النساء اللاتي يرغبن في تعزيز الانحناء التشريحي لمنطقة الألوية لديهن من أجل الحصول على الأرداف المؤنثة بشكل ملحوظ وكذلك في منطقة الوركين (من الخلف والجانب) للتباين مع شكل الوركين الذكوريين.
