- الانتخابات البلدية السعودية 2011 هي ثاني انتخابات بلدية تقام في المملكة العربية السعودية منذ إقرار نظام المجالس البلدية. بلغ عدد المسجلين في قيد الانتخابات 1,083,600 ناخب، في حيث بلغ عدد المجالس البلدية 285 مجلساً، تنافس فيه أكثر من 5300 مرشح على 1056 مقعد. تُعد هذه الانتخابات آخر انتخابات بلدية تنظم من دون مشاركة المرأة، اذ قرر الملك السعودي آنذاك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز إشراك السعوديات اقتراعاً وترشحاً اعتباراً من الدورة المقبلة عام 2015. أشرف على مراقبة العملية الانتخابية فريق من المحامين والمهندسين السعوديين تم اعتمادهم من وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية. - Municipal elections in Saudi Arabian towns and cities, initially planned for 31 October 2009, were held on 29 September 2011 (a week after the initial date of 22 September 2011). Women were not allowed to participate in the elections. Women campaigned for the right to participate in the official elections and planned to create parallel municipal councils. (en)
- Les élections municipales saoudiennes de 2011, prévues tout d'abord le 31 octobre 2009, se sont déroulées le 29 septembre 2011 (avec une semaine de retard par rapport à la date initialement prévue du 22 septembre). Les femmes n'ont pas le droit de vote à ces élections. Pendant ces élections, les femmes font campagne pour obtenir le droit de vote aux élections officielles et envisagent de créer leur propres conseils municipaux. Le 25 septembre 2011, elles obtiennent finalement le droit de vote aux élections mais à partir de 2015. (fr)
