- El ataque del autobús de Volnovakha fue un ataque en un puesto de control de seguridad de la carretera cerca del pueblo de fuera del municipio de Volnovaja en el Óblast de Donetsk, Ucrania, ocurrido el 13 de enero de 2015. Ocasionó la muerte de 12 pasajeros de un bus interurbano, hiriendo a otros 18 en la zona. Elle entraine la mort de 12 passagers d'un autobus interurbain et blesse 18 autres personnes dans la région. L'attaque est la plus meurtrière depuis la signature du protocole de Minsk en septembre 2014, qui tentait d'arrêter la guerre en cours dans le Donbass. L'incident est qualifié d'"acte de terreur" tant par les autorités ukrainiennes que par les rebelles. Au départ, les séparatistes ont assumé la responsabilité de cet incident, qu'ils pensent être une destruction réussie du barrage routier ukrainien. Après que l'information sur le bus civil ait fait la une des journaux, ils ont nié avoir "les possibilités techniques" de bombarder cette zone. - The Volnovakha bus attack was an attack on a highway checkpoint near the village of Buhas outside of the Volnovakha municipality in the Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine on 13 January 2015. It resulted in the deaths of 12 passengers of an intercity bus and injuries to 18 others in the area. The attack was the largest single loss of life since the signing of the Minsk Protocol in September 2014, which attempted to halt the ongoing War in Donbass. The incident has been labeled an "act of terror" by both the Ukrainian authorities as well as the rebels. Initially, separatists took responsibility for this incident, which they thought was a successful destruction of the Ukrainian roadblock. After the information about civilian bus hit the news, they denied having "even technical possibilities" to shell that area. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission inspecting the place of incident assessed from its study of five craters that they were caused by "rockets fired from a north-north-eastern direction". The checkpoint named "Buhas" is located on the H20 highway at the intersection with another road accessing the city of Volnovakha. Beside Buhas and Volnovakha, there also is a village of Blyzhnie. - Обстрел автобуса под Волновахой — обстрел пассажирского рейсового автобуса «Донецк — Златоустовка», который двигался по автодороге и остановился на пункте пропуска неподалёку от города Волноваха 13 января 2015 года, чтобы пройти паспортный контроль. В результате атаки погибло 12 человек, ещё 18 ранено. Согласно исследованиям специальной мониторинговой миссии ОБСЕ, причиной произошедшего стал ракетный обстрел с северо-северо-восточного направления. В отчёте ОБСЕ имеется фотография с беспилотника, на которой видно воронки. По мнению экспертов Human Rights Watch, изучивших место происшествия, обстрел был произведён из РСЗО «Град» с северо-восточного направления, с территорий, контролируемых боевиками «ДНР». Стороны конфликта на востоке Украины возложили вину за происшествие друг на друга. Как Украина, так и самопровозглашённая Донецкая Народная Республика признали произошедшее террористическим актом. - Теракт під Волновахою 13 січня 2015 — артилерійський обстріл силами 5 ОМСБр «Оплот» окупаційних військ РФ українського пункту пропуску на автошляху Н20 поблизу міста Волноваха. Під час обстрілу пункту пропуску був уражений рейсовий автобус «Златоустівка — Донецьк», пасажири якого проходили там паспортний контроль. Внаслідок атаки загинули 12 осіб, ще 18 поранено. Генеральна прокуратура України кваліфікувала обстріл як теракт. Бойовики «ДНР» майже одразу визнали, що обстріл був вчинений саме їхніми представниками. Однак після того, як стало відомо про масштаб та кількість жертв, бойовики стали заперечувати свою причетність. Як повідомив Генштаб ЗСУ, артобстріл проводився з центру міста Докучаєвськ з метою висвітлення представниками російських та місцевих пропагандистських ЗМІ того, як українські сили будуть завдавати удар у відповідь. Розслідування Служби безпеки України встановило виконавців обстрілу — артилерійський дивізіон 5-ї мотострілецької бригади «Оплот» під командуванням полковника РФ Анатолія Сінєльнікова, і безпосереднього керівника обстрілу — командира реактивного дивізіону «Ангели аду» Шпакова Ю. М., громадянина України. 4 червня 2021 року Куйбишевський районний суд Запорізької області заочно засудив Шпакова до довічного позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна. (uk)
