- L'Île-de-France compte huit pôles de compétitivité parmi les 71 validés par le CIADT. Les quatre premiers ont été validés par le Comité interministériel d’aménagement et de compétitivité des territoires (CIACT) du 14 octobre 2005. Deux autres ont été validés en juillet 2007 : le pôle Finance Innovation et le pôle ASTech. Chacun de ces pôles de compétitivité a pour objectif de créer des emplois et d'accroître l'attractivité de la région dans un domaine donné, au niveau national ou international. Trois d'entre eux ont été retenus comme « Pôles de compétitivité mondiaux » : Finance Innovation, Systematic Paris-Region et Medicen. Trois ont été retenus comme « Pôles de compétitivité à vocation mondiale » : Cap Digital et MOV'EO. - The Ile-de-France has eight clusters among 71 approved by the Comité interministériel d'aménagement et de développement du territoire (CIADT, Interdepartmental Committee on Planning and Land Development). The first four were approved by the CIACT 14 October 2005. Two others were validated in July 2007: the cluster Finance Innovation and ASTech.
