- Urash (Uraš) was a Mesopotamian god who was the tutelary deity of Dilbat. He was an agricultural god, and in that capacity he was frequently associated with Ninurta. His wife was the goddess Ninegal, while his children were the underworld deity Lagamal, who like him was associated with Dilbat, and the love goddess Nanaya. Urash occasionally appears in myths, though they only survive in small, late fragments. (en)

Wymieniany w powiązaniu z Dilbat w prologu do Kodeksu Hammurabiego: „(Hammurabi), bóg królów, znający mądrość, który rozszerzył pola uprawne Dilbat, który napełnił spichrze, dla Urasza walecznego” Kodeks Hammurabiego (III 16-23) W jednym z przekazów Urasz uważany był za przodka boga niebios Anu. W okresach późniejszych utożsamiano go bądź z Anu, bądź z Ninurtą. Wiadomo, że czczony był on również w Aszur. W Babilonie istniała Brama boga Urasza, która została tak nazwana prawdopodobnie dlatego, że prowadziła na południe, w kierunku Dilbat. (pl)
