Tregoweth Edmond "Treg" Brown (November 4, 1899 – April 28, 1984) was an American motion picture sound editor who was responsible for the sound effects in Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons from 1936. Before that, he worked with Cecil B. DeMille. Adding to this, he also gave fellow Warner Bros voice actor Mel Blanc his big break. He also won the 1965 Academy Award for Sound Effects for his work on the film The Great Race. In the Warner Bros. cartoon One Froggy Evening (1955), the skyscraper into which Michigan J. Frog is entombed is named the "Tregoweth Brown Building".

Pioniere nell'attività di progettista del suono, iniziò la sua carriera come montatore degli effetti sonori per Cecil B. DeMille, nei film Il segno della croce (1932) e Cleopatra (1934), e lavorò nei decenni ad oltre mille film, per lo più cortometraggi d'animazione. È infatti noto per aver curato montaggio, collage sonoro ed effetti sonori di gran parte dei corti animati distribuiti dalla Warner Bros. dal 1933 al 1965. Ai premi Oscar 1966 vinse l'Oscar al miglior montaggio sonoro per il suo lavoro sul film di Blake Edwards La grande corsa (1965).
