- Οι Timbiriche (Τιμπιρίτσε) ήταν Μεξικανικό συγκρότημα εφηβικής ποπ μουσικής. Ξεκίνησε ως παιδικό συγκρότημα το 1982 με τον ήχο τους να ωριμάζει σταδιακά μέσα στα επόμενα χρόνια καθώς τα μέλη ενηλικιώνονταν. Θεωρούνται ένα από τα πιο εμβληματικά latin pop συγκροτήματα των 80ς, με τη μουσική τους να φτάνει στις κορυφές των charts της Λατινικής Αμερικής και τα μέλη να μετατρέπονται σε ινδάλματα για εκατομμύρια παιδιά και εφήβους. Το συγκρότημα ήταν ένα project που είχε αναλάβει ο παραγωγός Luis de Llano σε συνεργασία με τον τηλεοπτικό όμιλο της Televisa, τον ηγέτη των ΜΜΕ στον ισπανόφωνο κόσμο. Τα περισσότερα μέλη της μπάντας συνέχισαν με επιτυχημένες σόλο καριέρες στον χώρο του θεάματος, της μουσικής βιομηχανίας και της τηλεόρασης, εκμεταλλευόμενοι την υψηλή δημοτικότητα που δέχθηκαν. Έχουν έκτοτε πραγματοποιηθεί 3 επιτυχημένα reunions. Η πρώτη επανένωση έγινε το 1998, η δεύτερη το 2007 (με αφορμή τη συμπλήρωση 25 ετών από τη δημιουργία της μπάντας) και η τρίτη το 2017 με την πραγματοποίηση μιας μεγάλης sold-out περιοδείας. Το 2007 κυκλοφόρησε ένα ντοκιμαντέρ σε σκηνοθεσία του Carlos Marcovich με τίτλο "La Misma Piedra", το οποίο περιείχε backstage υλικό από την προετοιμασία των συναυλιών της 25ης επετείου. Την ίδια χρονιά, ο όμιλος Televisa παρήγαγε ένα ριάλιτι παιχνίδι ταλέντων με σκοπό της δημιουργία ενός καινούργιου line up για την μπάντα. (el)
- Timbiriche (conocido también durante un breve tiempo como La Banda Timbiriche) fue un grupo musical de pop mexicano. Inició como un grupo de niños en 1982 y logró evolucionar con éxito hasta la etapa adulta. La banda fue considerada uno de los grupos más importantes del pop latino de la década de 1980 y principios de la de 1990. Fue semillero de numerosas figuras del mundo del espectáculo hispanoamericano, incluyendo a exitosos cantantes como Paulina Rubio, Thalía o Edith Márquez , así como también a actores, compositores y presentadores. La discografía del grupo está conformada por doce discos de estudio lanzados entre 1982 y 1993, además de dos álbumes recopilatorios y tres discos en vivo. El grupo se ha reunido en tres ocasiones; la primera ocurrida en 1998, la segundo en 2007, con motivo de la celebración de los veinticinco años de la fundación de la banda y la tercero en 2017, con motivo de la celebración de su aniversario número treinta y cinco. Sus principales rivales fueron Parchís de España, Menudo de Puerto Rico y Los Chamos de Venezuela. Paralelamente a su carrera musical, el grupo también protagonizó un documental dirigido por Carlos Marcovich titulado La Misma Piedra que seguía paso a paso las andanzas del grupo en la preparación de las giras, los conciertos y los detrás de cámaras de su 25 aniversario. En 2007, la cadena Televisa produjo también un reality show cuyo objetivo era integrar una nueva alineación del grupo, el cual fue un rotundo fracaso. (es)

- Timbiriche (also known for a brief time as La Banda Timbiriche) is a Mexican pop music group. The group started as a children's group in 1981 and managed to evolve successfully into adulthood. Timbiriche is considered one of the most iconic Latin Pop acts of the 1980s and the early 1990s. It was the start of numerous figures in the Latin American entertainment world, including successful singers like Thalía, Paulina Rubio and Edith Márquez, as well as actors, composers and conductors. The discography of the band consists of twelve studio albums released between 1982 and 1993, in addition to two compilation albums and two discs recorded live. Timbiriche is considered one of the most popular Latin Pop bands of all time. They have met in three successful reunions. The first occurred in 1998, the second in 2007 celebrating 25 years since the foundation of the band and the third one in 2017, celebrated by a sold out tour. The band have also starred in a documentary directed by Carlos Marcovich entitled La Misma Piedra that followed step by step the band's adventures in the preparation of the tours, concerts and behind the scenes of its 25th anniversary. In 2007, Televisa also produced a reality show whose objective was to integrate a new lineup for the band. (en)
