Sir Richard Fraser was a Scottish noble of the late thirteenth and early fourteenth centuries. He succeeded to the lands of Touchfraser (or Tulchfraser) in Stirlingshire upon the death of his grandfather, Sir Gilbert Fraser (d. c 1263).
