- Der Partido Socialista Revolucionário (PSR, dt.: Revolutionäre Sozialistische Partei) war eine portugiesische Kleinpartei mit trotzkistischer Ausrichtung. Sie wurde 1978 gegründet, und zwar als Zusammenschluss der Liga Comunista Internacionalista (LCI, dt.: Internationalistische Kommunistische Liga), orientiert an den Theorien des Pablismus, und der Partido Revolucionário dos Trabalhadores (PRT, dt.: Revolutionäre Arbeiterpartei), orientiert an den Theorien des argentinischen Trotzkisten Nahuel Moreno, und am 2. April 1979 als Partei am Obersten Gerichtshof (Supremo Tribunal de Justiça) eingetragen. Die Partei sah sich als portugiesische Sektion der IV. Internationalen („Vereinigtes Sekretariat“). 1991 erreichte sie mit 1,1 % der Stimmen ihr bestes Ergebnis bei einer Parlamentswahl in Portugal. Mit Veröffentlichung im Gesetzesblatt vom 1. April 2008 (Diário da República, 2ª Série – Nº 64 – 1 de Abril de 2008) wurde die Partei aufgelöst, nachdem sie 1999 im von ihr mitgegründeten Bloco de Esquerda (BE) aufgegangen war. Fue fundado en 1978, en un congreso de fusión entre la (LCI) y el (PRT), integrando a u conjunto de militantes de diversas procedencias trotskistas. Fue la sección portuguesa del Secretariado Unificado de la IV Internacional En 1983 concurrió a las elecciones legislativas en coalición, aparentemente contra-natura, con la organización maoísta Unión Democrática Popular. En 1985, tras un proceso de reorganización interna, el PSR comienza un periodo de crecimiento, iniciando campañas antimilitaristas y antiracistas, especialmente orientadas a la juventud. En 1987 participa en las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo integrando en sus listas a candidatos independientes. A partir de ese mismo año inicia la publicación de la revista Combate. En 1999 es una de las tres formaciones que dan vida al Bloque de Izquierda (BE). Su principal dirigente fue Francisco Louçã. En 2006 pasó a formar una asociación política en el seno del BE, disolviéndose como partido político. En 2013 la asociación política APSR se extingue. (es)

- The Revolutionary Socialist Party (Portuguese: Partido Socialista Revolucionário, pronounced [pɐɾˈtidu susiɐˈliʃtɐ ʁɨvulusiuˈnaɾiu], or PSR) was a small left-wing party in Portugal, founded in 1978 after the merger of two Trotskyist parties: the Internationalist Communist League (Portuguese: Liga Comunista Internacionalista LCI) and the Workers Revolutionary Party (Portuguese: Partido Revolucionário dos Trabalhadores, PRT). The LCI and PRT were both part of the reunified Fourth International. The International recognised the PSR as its Portuguese section. In 1998 Party renamed itself in order to join with some other left-wing parties in founding the Left Bloc (Portuguese: Bloco de Esquerda or BE). The organisation retains the acronym PSR, and has become the association "Revolutionary Socialist Politics". The historical leader of the PSR is Francisco Louçã, who would become leader of the Left Bloc. The party had never achieved parliamentary representation before the merger in the Left Bloc, although it may be considered the 3rd or 4th biggest left-wing party in the country. (en)
- O Partido Socialista Revolucionário (PSR) foi um partido político português trotskista criado em 1978, durante o congresso em que a Liga Comunista Internacionalista (LCI) se fundiu com o Partido Revolucionário dos Trabalhadores (PRT) e integrou um conjunto de militantes de várias correntes trotskistas. Em 1979 (no contexto de uma cisão na IV Internacional) grande parte dos militantes do ex-PRT abandonaram a organização. Em 1983 concorreu às eleições legislativas em coligação com a UDP, então frente eleitoral de um movimento marxista-leninista, o PC(R). Em 1985, depois de um recuo organizativo, o PSR ganha novo alento, iniciando campanhas antimilitaristas e antirracistas, especialmente dirigidas à juventude. Em 1987, participa nas eleições para o Parlamento Europeu, integrando nas suas listas candidatos independentes. Nesse mesmo ano e mantendo a linha de colaboração com independentes, inicia a publicação da Revista Combate em novo figurino. Os principais líderes foram Francisco Louçã, Alfredo Frade, Helena Lopes da Silva, Heitor de Sousa e José Falcão. Em 1999, juntamente com a UDP e a Política XXI, esteve na origem da criação do Bloco de Esquerda. Em 2006 extinguiu-se enquanto partido político, transformando-se na Associação Política Socialista Revolucionária (APSR). Em 2013, o XIX Congresso da APSR aprovou a sua extinção enquanto corrente dentro do BE A maioria da extinta associação decidiu juntar-se à tendência interna do Bloco de Esquerda denominada Socialismo, enquanto que uma minoria se juntará com outros bloquistas formando a Plataforma Anti-capitalista.
