Течёт преимущественно в восточном и юго-восточном направлениях. Сливается с рекой Смоки-Хилл вблизи города Джанкшен-Сити, в округе Гири штата Канзас, формируя реку Канзас. На берегах реки расположены такие населённые пункты как: Мак-Кук, Клей-Сентер, Конкордия и Джанкшен-Сити.
