- Die Pustertalbahn (italienisch Ferrovia della Val Pusteria) ist eine normalspurige, eingleisige Eisenbahnstrecke im Südtiroler Pustertal zwischen Franzensfeste und Innichen. Die Strecke zweigt in Franzensfeste von der Brennerbahn ab und führt über Bruneck und Toblach nach Innichen, wo sie in die Drautalbahn übergeht. Historisch bestand keine Trennung zwischen Pustertal- und Drautalbahn, da die Konzessionserteilung, der Bau und die Inbetriebnahme für die gesamte Strecke von Villach bis Franzensfeste in einem Stück erfolgten. Da jedoch heute im Bahnhof Innichen die Systemtrennstelle zwischen dem italienischen und dem österreichischen Bahnstromsystem angesiedelt ist, gilt dieser zumeist als Endbahnhof der beiden Strecken. Alternativ werden mitunter auch die östlich von Innichen liegende Staatsgrenze oder der westlich von Innichen befindliche Toblacher Sattel als Endpunkte der beiden Strecken aufgefasst. (de)
- The Puster Valley Railway (German: Pustertalbahn; Italian: Ferrovia della Val Pusteria) is a standard gauge, single-track railway line in the Puster Valley between Franzensfeste (Italian: Fortezza) and Innichen (San Candido), South Tyrol, Italy. The line branches off the Brenner Railway in Franzensfeste and runs via Bruneck and Toblach to Innichen, where it continues as the Drava Valley Railway (Drautalbahn). Historically, there was no separation between the Puster Valley Railway and the Drava Valley Railway, as the granting of the concession, the construction and the commissioning of the line from Villach to Franzensfeste covered the whole line. However, since the transition between the Italian and Austrian electrification systems is now located in Innichen station, this is usually considered the terminus of the two lines. Alternatively, the national border east of Innichen or the Toblach saddle west of Innichen may be seen as the border between the two lines. (en)

Assieme alla Drautalbahn fa parte della storica ferrovia carinziana (in tedesco Kärntner Bahn), che unisce Fortezza, sulla ferrovia del Brennero, a Maribor, sulla Vienna–Trieste. Il gestore dell'infrastruttura è Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, mentre il traffico ferroviario passeggeri è operato congiuntamente dalle imprese ferroviarie Trenitalia e SAD, nell'ambito del contratto di servizio stipulato con la provincia autonoma di Bolzano.
