- Pierre Estève, né le 11 février 1961 à Cahors, est un auteur-compositeur multi-genres, musicien, artiste contemporain d'installations numériques et sculptures sonores, chercheur et journaliste français. De formation classique (Conservatoire et direction d’orchestre), spécialiste des orchestres symphoniques virtuels et des instruments du monde, il est notamment connu du grand public pour avoir composé la musique de nombreuses bandes originales de jeux vidéo, publicités, documentaires et films. Multi-instrumentiste, il collectionne les instruments des cinq continents mais aussi toutes sortes de matériaux naturels et sonores. Il conçoit également des installations basées sur l'interaction du public avec des matières acoustiques naturelles et technologiques, y déployant des instruments expérimentaux qu'il crée lui-même.
