- أطلقت شركة بيجو الفرنسية طراز 508 من فئة سيارات سيدان العائلية عام 2010 كبديل عن طراز 407 و 607، وتتشارك 508 في قاعدتها الهيكلية مع الجيل الثاني من طراز سيتروين C5، كما تُصنع السيارتان في نفس المصنع في فرنسا. وتجمع بيجو 508 بين شكل خارجي عصري وتصميم داخلي مريح، وقيادة متميزة.يظهر تصميم بيجو 508 وكأنه منحوت من كتلة صلبة وهو ما يعكس مواصفات الأناقة والصلابة، في المقدمة تعرض 508 المواصفات التصميمية الجديدة لعلامة بيجو التجارية والتي كُشف عنها النقاب لأوّل مرة في سيارة SR1 الاختبارية، مع شبك أمامي منفرد بتصميم يبدو وكأنه يطفو في الهواء، وأضواء أمامية ثاقبة تحمل مصابيح LED أنبوبية نهارية.وتتمتع بيجو 508 بمظهر جانبي انسيابي يتواصل دون انقطاع من الخلف وحتى غطاء المحرك، كما تتعزّز أناقة السيارة من خلال الإطار الكرومي للنوافذ الجانبية ويمتد الخط التصميمي على طول المركبة ليمنحها المزيد من القوة والأناقة. أما من الخلف فينحدر الزجاج الخلفي نحو غطاء الصندوق الخلفي القصير الذي يحمل خطاً أنيقاً من الكروم، ويستمر الخط التصميمي الوسطي على الجانب ليندمج في الأضواء الخلفية التي تحتوي على ثلاثة صفوف من المصابيح تعمل بتقنية LED بينما يحمل الصادم أضواء ضباب صغيرة على الجانبين.التصميم الداخلي في بيجو 508 معاصر وفريد من نوعه، كما ينسجم مع العناصر التصميمية في الشكل الخارجي من حيث الجودة والأناقة، ويقارب بين الأجزاء التركيبية، ويساعده على ذلك الكونسول الوسطي المضاعف الذي يضمّ تقنيات جديدة. وتضفي المواد المستخدمة عالية الجودة أجواءً من الفخامة داخل المقصورة كما يظهر في اللمسات الكرومية والكونسول الوسطي الأسود اللامع. وتجمع مقصورة بيجو 508 بين الراحة والتجهيزات المتطورة التي يمكن للسائق والركاب الاستمتاع بها على حد سواء، حيث يشتمل الكونسول الوسطي على شاشة عرض ملونة مع نظام ملاحة متطور ونظام تكييف رباعي المناطق ومقاعد كهربائية مع ميزة المساج (ar)
- El Peugeot 508 es un automóvil de turismo del segmento D producido por el fabricante de automóviles francés Peugeot desde la primera mitad del año 2011. Se fabrica en Francia, y en China para el mercado asiático. Entre sus rivales se encuentran el Citroën C5, el Ford Mondeo, el Honda Accord, el Hyundai Sonata, el Kia Optima, el Mazda 6, Opel Insignia, los Renault Laguna y actualmente el Talismán, Subaru Legacy, el Toyota Avensis y el Volkswagen Passat. - The Peugeot 508 is a mid-size/large family car produced by the French automaker Peugeot, and followed by the 508 SW, an estate version, in 2011. Production of the 508 began in 2010 as an indirect replacement for the 407 and 607, for which no direct replacement was scheduled. It shares its platform and most engine options with the second generation Citroën C5: the two cars are produced alongside one another at the company's Rennes Plant, and in Wuhan, China, for sales inside China. At the end of 2015, Peugeot launched the new generation of 508, 508 SW and RXH. The front of the car was redesigned and full LED headlights became available. New engines were also launched, and front-wheel drive introduced for the RXH. The Peugeot 508 has received several international awards including Car of the Year 2011 in Spain (awarded 2012), Next Green Car, and Best Large Family Car 2011. Citations commented on the car "being spacious and well equipped" and that it "represented excellent build quality and has the best fuel economy in its class" (Peugeot 508 1.6 e HDi 109g CO2/km) or also Auto Zeitung Best Imported Family Car 2011 (readers' votes). The Peugeot 508 was given a facelift in 2015, with the introduction of a vertical grille with the Peugeot lion in the centre. The new second-generation Peugeot 508 won the "Most Beautiful Car of The Year 2018" award at the International Automobile Festival, where the Peugeot E-Legend also won "The Most Beautiful Concept Car of The Year".
