- التعلّم الإدراكي الحسي هو تعلّم المهارات الأفضل للإدراك الحسي. على سبيل المثال، تمييز نغمتين موسيقيتين عن بعضهما، أو تصنيف الأنماط المكانية والزمانية ذات الصلة بخبرات الحياة الواقعية مثل القراءة، أو إدراك العلاقات بين قطع الشطرنج، أو معرفة ما إذا كانت صورة الأشعة السينية تبيّن وجود ورم. تشمل الصيغ الحسية كلًّا من الصيغ البصرية والسمعية واللمسية والشمية والذوقية. يُعتبر التعلّم الإدراكي الحسي أساسًا هامًا لإرساء العمليات المعرفية المعقدة (أي اللغة)، إذ يتفاعل مع الأنواع الأخرى من التعلّم بهدف إنتاج الخبرة الإدراكية الحسية. يقوم التعلّم الإدراكي الحسي على التغييرات في الدوائر العصبية. تبقى القدرة على التعلم الإدراكي الحسي موجودة طوال الحياة. - Perceptual learning is learning better perception skills such as differentiating two musical tones from one another or categorizations of spatial and temporal patterns relevant to real-world expertise. Examples of this may include reading, seeing relations among chess pieces, and knowing whether or not an X-ray image shows a tumor. Sensory modalities may include visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and taste. Perceptual learning forms important foundations of complex cognitive processes (i.e., language) and interacts with other kinds of learning to produce perceptual expertise. Underlying perceptual learning are changes in the neural circuitry. The ability for perceptual learning is retained throughout life. (en)
