- Milena Matějkovičová provdaná Strnadová (* 23. května 1961, Ústí nad Labem), později podruhé jako Skramlíková, je bývalá československá atletka, běžkyně, půlkařka a čtvrtkařka. Platné současné příjmení je Skramlíková. Absolvovala základní školu v Teplicích. S atletikou začínala v Trnovanech a Bílině u trenéra Jiřího Podsedníka, později přestoupila do oddílu VŠ Praha k trenérovi Milanu Burešovi. V roce 1982 vybojovala společně s Věrou Tylovou, Taťánou Kocembovou a Jarmilou Kratochvílovou stříbrné medaile ve štafetě na 4×400 m na mistrovství Evropy v Athénách. O rok později zopakovala stejné umístění na prvníim mistrovství světa v atletice v Helsinkách na prvním MS v atletice 1983, kde získala stříbrnou medaili ve štafetě. Kvarteto Kocembová, Matějkovičová, Moravčíková a Kratochvílová zde zaběhlo trať v čase 3:20,32. Tento čas je dodnes českým rekordem. Na šampionátu postoupila rovněž do finále běhu na 800 metrů, kde skončila na sedmém místě. Největší individuální úspěch zaznamenala v roce 1984 na halovém ME v Göteborgu, kde získala zlatou medaili v běhu na 800 metrů. Na mistrovství Evropy ve Stuttgartu 1986 doběhla ve finále na 800 m na pátém místě, ačkoliv nastupovala ve chřipkovéím stavu, V témže roce skončila čtvrtá na hrách dobré vůle v Moskvě. (cs)

Bei der 4-mal-400-Meter-Staffel der Leichtathletik-Europameisterschaften 1982 in Athen gewann sie mit der tschechoslowakischen Mannschaft Silber. Im Jahr darauf wurde sie bei den Leichtathletik-Weltmeisterschaften in Helsinki Siebte über 800 m und holte in der Staffel erneut Silber. 1984 siegte sie bei den Leichtathletik-Halleneuropameisterschaften in Göteborg über 800 m. Ebenfalls über 800 m wurde sie bei den Europameisterschaften 1986 in Stuttgart Fünfte und kam bei den Leichtathletik-Weltmeisterschaften 1991 in Tokio ins Halbfinale. - Milena Strnadová (née Matejkovicová; born 23 May 1961 in Ústí nad Labem) is a Czech former track and field athlete who competed for Czechoslovakia in the 400 metres and 800 metres events. She enjoyed international success in her early twenties with silver medal wins behind East German opposition as part of the Czechoslovak women's 4 × 400 metres relay team, first at the 1982 European Athletics Championships (alongside , Taťána Kocembová and Jarmila Kratochvílová) and then at the 1983 World Championships in Athletics (where Zuzana Moravčíková replaced Tylová). At the latter event the team set a Czechoslovak national record of 3:20.32 minutes, which still stands as the Czech record. Competing individually, Strnadová reached two major outdoor finals in the 800 m, placing seventh at the 1983 World Championships and fifth at the 1986 European Athletics Championships. Her greatest individual achievement was at the 1984 European Athletics Indoor Championships, where she won a gold medal in the 800 m with a championship record time of 1:59.52 minutes. This remained as the record for 18 years before being bettered by Slovenia's Jolanda Ceplak in 2002. She was runner-up to her world record-breaking compatriot Kratochvílová at the 1985 IAAF Grand Prix Final, and won full points for her country at the European Cup B Final in 1991. Her last international appearances were as semi-finalist at the 1991 World Championships in Athletics and 1992 European Athletics Indoor Championships. She was a four-time national champion covering three disciplines, winning the 800 m (twice) and 400 m at the national indoor championships and having her sole outdoor title over 1500 metres in 1989.
