- Mark Jacobus Louis Neeleman (Bagdad, Irak, 16 de abril de 1959) es un deportista neerlandés que compitió en vela en las clases Laser, Finn y Star. Ganó dos medallas de bronce en el Campeonato Mundial de Finn, en los años 1979 y 1983, y una medalla de plata en el Campeonato Europeo de Finn de 1982. Además, obtuvo una medalla de bronce en el Campeonato Mundial de Laser de 1977 y dos medallas en el Campeonato Europeo de Star, plata en 2003 y bronce en 2004. Participó en cinco Juegos Olímpicos de Verano, entre los años 1980 y 2004, ocupando el octavo lugar en Moscú 1980 (Finn), el cuarto en Barcelona 1992 (Star) y el sexto en Sídney 2000 (Star). (es)

Since the Netherlands did boycott the Moscow Olympic Games Neeleman represented his National Olympic Committee at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Tallinn, USSR under the Dutch NOC flag. Neeleman took 8th place in the 1980 Summer Olympics, which was boycotted by several countries. In 1984 Summer Olympics, Los Angeles Neeleman did a second attempt in the Finn and finished on the 9th place. Neeleman missed the selection for the 1988 Olympics, Pusan. After that he switched to the Star. With crew member Jos Schrier at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona Neeleman took 4th place. Again in the Star and again with Jos Schrier, Neeleman took 6th place in the 2000 Summer Olympics, Sydney. His last Olympic appearance was in the 2004 Athens Olympics. This time with crew member Peter van Niekerk, Neeleman took 14th place in the Star. Besides his Olympic sailing career Mark Neeleman took the World Championship J/22 and became in total 16 times Dutch Champion over several different classes. Among them there were titles in the Youth class, O-Jolle, Finn, Regenboog, J/22, Dragon. - Mark Neeleman (Bagdad, 16 april 1959) is een Nederlands zeiler. Hij nam voor Nederland vijfmaal deel aan de Olympische Spelen, een recordaantal voor de Nederlandse zeilsport. Op de Spelen van 1980 en 1984 behaalde hij respectievelijk een achtste en een negende plaats in de Finn klasse. Op de Spelen van 1992 werd hij samen met vierde in de Star klasse en op de Spelen van 2000 behaalde hij, eveneens met Jos Schrier een zesde plaats, opnieuw in de Star klasse. Vervolgens werd hij, weer in de Star klasse, veertiende op de Spelen van 2004, nu met Peter van Niekerk. Tijdens deze vijf Olympische Spelen werden in totaal 3 dagoverwinningen behaald. Neeleman won de Conny van Rietschoten Trofee in 1991. (nl)
