- Im Vereinigten Königreich nennt sich das privilegierte System der Hoflieferanten „Royal Warrant“. Es ist eine Art Zulieferungsbefugnis, die von Mitgliedern des Königshofes erteilt wird. In Großbritannien vergeben die drei ältesten Mitglieder des Königshauses diese Auszeichnung. Königin Elisabeth II. vergab den Hoflieferantentitel in ihrer Funktion als britische Monarchin. Des Weiteren verlieh ihr verstorbener Mann, der Duke of Edinburgh, sowie beider Sohn, der unmittelbare Thronfolger Charles, Prince of Wales, dieses Lieferantenprädikat. Die Königinmutter Elizabeth (1900–2002) vergab für ihre Lieferanten ebenfalls diesen Titel, welcher jedoch 2007, fünf Jahre nach ihrem Tod, für alle erlosch. (de)
- This is a list of present and past royal warrant of appointment holders of the British Royal Family. British royal warrants are currently granted by King Charles III to companies or tradespeople who supply goods and services. The warrant enables the supplier to advertise the fact that they supply to the royal family. The professions, employment agencies, party planners, the media, government departments, and "places of refreshment or entertainment" (such as pubs and theatres) do not qualify. The Merchandise Marks Act 1887 makes it illegal for companies to falsely claim that they have a royal warrant. (en)
