- Kirstie Claire Marshall, OAM (born 21 April 1969) is an Australian aerial skier and Victorian state politician. Marshall was an ex-gymnast who became an aerial skier at Mount Buller, Victoria. During her skiing career Marshall won over 40 World Cup medals, including 17 World Cup gold medals. Marshall competed in aerial skiing as a demonstration sport at the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics, and as a medal event at the 1994 Lillehammer and 1998 Nagano games, where she came sixth and fourteenth, respectively. In December 2002, aged 33, Marshall was elected as a Member of Parliament in the Victorian Legislative Assembly for the Labor Party. On 26 February 2003, she was ejected from the Lower House chamber for breastfeeding her 11-day-old baby, Charlotte Louise. A section of the Parliamentary rules, namely Standing Order 30, states: "Unless by order of the House, no Member of this House shall presume to bring any stranger into any part of the House appropriated to the Members of this House while the House, or a Committee of the whole House, is sitting." As there is no age limit to 'strangers in the House' (non-elected persons), only MPs and certain parliamentary staff are allowed in the House during sitting times. Subsequently, the Speaker of the House set aside a room in which female MPs can feed their children without violating the Standing Orders. (en)

- Kirstie Marshall (Melbourne, 21 april 1969) is een voormalig freestyleskiester uit Australië. Ze vertegenwoordigde haar vaderland op de Olympische Winterspelen 1992 in Albertville, op de Olympische Winterspelen 1994 in Lillehammer en op de Olympische Winterspelen 1998 in Nagano. In 1993 liep Marshall een knieblessure op, waardoor ze dat hele jaar niet kon deelnemen aan wedstrijden. Na de Olympische Winterspelen van 1998 liep ze opnieuw een blessure op, waardoor ze moest stoppen met de sport. Bij de Olympische Winterspelen van 1994 was Marshall vlaggendraagster. Daarnaast zorgde haar overwinning op de wereldkampioenschappen in 1997 ervoor dat ze de eerste Australische was die een wereldtitel behaalde op een wintersport. Verder is ze in Australië zes keer verkozen tot skier van het jaar, kreeg ze in 2010 een plaats in de Australische Hall of Fame voor de sport en is ze in het bezit van een medaille van de Orde van Australië. Jej największym sukcesem jest złoty medal w skokach akrobatycznych wywalczony podczas mistrzostw świata w Iizuna. Ponadto zdobyła także brązowy medal w tej samej konkurencji na mistrzostwach świata w La Clusaz. Startowała w tej samej konkurencji na igrzyskach olimpijskich w Albertville, gdzie zajęła 7. miejsce, jednak dyscyplina była wtedy tylko sportem pokazowym. Jej najlepszym wynikiem olimpijskim jest 6. miejsce w skokach akrobatycznych na igrzyskach olimpijskich w Lillehammer. Najlepsze wyniki w Pucharze Świata osiągnęła w sezonie 1991/1992, kiedy to zajęła 5. miejsce w klasyfikacji generalnej, a w klasyfikacji skoków akrobatycznych wywalczyła małą kryształową kulę. W sezonach 1990/1991, 1994/1995 i 1996/1997 była druga, a w sezonach 1989/1990 i 1997/1998 trzecia w klasyfikacji skoków akrobatycznych. W 1998 r. zakończyła karierę. (pl)
