Herzegovina Affair (Croatian: Hercegovačka afera) or Herzegovina Case (Croatian: Hercegovački slučaj) refers to a conflict between the Franciscan Province of Herzegovina and the Diocese of Mostar-Duvno over the redistribution of parishes in the said diocese.
