- The Government of Delhi, officially the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) is the governing body of the Union Territory of Delhi, whose urban area is the seat of the Government of India. It also governs the city or local governments in the area as per the 75th Constitutional Amendment Act. Union Territories are governed by the Union Government. There are a few exceptions, such as Delhi and Puducherry which also have their own elected governments with some limitations. Through the highly controversial GNCTD Amendment Act, 2021, the Union Government mandated primacy to the centrally appointed Lieutenant Governor and made the elected government subsidiary. (en)

Government of Delhi) — вищий орган влади індійської території Делі (або Столичної території Делі), що, однак, має обмежені повноваження у порівнянні з рештою територій, оскільки частину владних вункцій бере на себе Союзний уряд. Певні адміністративні питання знаходяться у веденні трьох міських корпорацій, на які поділяється юрисдикція території: Муніципальної корпорації Делі, Муніципального комітету Нью-Делі і Військової ради Делі. Уряд Делі складається з виконавчої, судової і законодавчої гілок. Офіційним головою території є , призначений президентом Індії за рекомендацією Союзного кабінету, його позиція переважно представницька. Головний міністр є головою виконавчої влади. Найвищий судовий орган Делі — Високий суд, разом з ним тут працюють суди нижчої інстанції: Суд дрібних справ для громадських питань і Сессійний суд для кримінальних.
