- Rychlostní silnice S6 je polská rychlostní silnice v severním Polsku, která bude po svém dokončení spojovat Štětín, Goleniów, Kolobřeh, Koszalin, Sławno, Słupsk, Trojměstí s Rusocinem, kde se bude napojovat na dálnici A1. Její celková délka po dokončení bude 360 km, z toho je v provozu 168,4 km v plném profilu a 16,3 km v polovičním profilu. Bude procházet západopomořanským a pomořanským vojvodstvím. (cs)
- Die Droga ekspresowa S6 (polnisch für „Schnellstraße S6“) ist eine zum Teil fertiggestellte, größtenteils in Bau und Planung befindliche Schnellstraße in Polen und führt auf einer Gesamtlänge von ca. 420 Kilometern von Goleniów (Gollnow) bis Gdańsk (Danzig). Dabei verläuft sie fast parallel zur Küste der Ostsee und verbindet Szczecin (Stettin) mit den drei Städten Gdynia (Gdingen), Sopot (Zoppot) und Gdańsk (Danzig). Die S6 wird zwischen den Knoten Goleniów Północ (Gollnow Nord) und Gdańsk Południe (Danzig Süd) ein Teil der Europastraße 28. Am 13. Oktober 2015 wurde mit dem Beschluss der Regierung die S6 um die Nordwestumgehung Stettins und um die Umgehung der Metropolregion Dreistadt erweitert, die nach Stand von 2020 als Verlängerung der Schnellstraße S7 beschildert werden soll. Bis auf die Nordwestumgehung Stettins sollte der Rest der S6 nach Planungen von 2015 bis zum Jahr 2020 fertiggestellt werden. 2017 wurden die Planungen revidiert, mit Stand von 2020 soll die S6 nun bis zum Jahr 2025 fertiggestellt werden. - Expressway S6 (in Polish droga ekspresowa S6) is a major road in Poland which has been planned to run from the A6 autostrada in Szczecin, through Goleniów in West Pomerania to Gdańsk parallel to the Baltic coast, forming the main connection between Gdańsk and Szczecin. The first section of S6 built was the Obwodnica Trójmiejska (Tricity Bypass) from Gdańsk to Gdynia, which is 38.6 km (24.0 mi) long, followed by the section between Szczecin and Goleniów, both in the 1970s. The next part of S6 to be opened was 16.3 km (10.1 mi) bypass of Słupsk that was completed in October 2010. The bypass of Nowogard was completed in December 2011, with the rest of the section between Szczecin and Koszalin open by 2019. In July 2010, the route between Goleniów and Słupsk was finalized - it will be about 180 km (110 mi) long and pass just south of Kołobrzeg and then north of Koszalin. The road will be a dual carriageway, with 27 interchanges and 130 viaducts, with about 20% of it overlapping the current route of National Road 6 (DK6). Due to doubts about financing, construction was not expected to start before 2020. However, later, the schedule was accelerated. The tenders for design-build contracts on the section between Goleniów and Koszalin were announced in August 2014, with expected completion around 2018. The exact route of S6 between Słupsk and Gdańsk has not yet been determined. Though the road was meant to be finished in 2018 the road still is not like planned (as of 2022). The whole S6 route is passable, but some parts (Between ) are open but not as big as the S6 was planned. Only having one lane on each side and showing the unfinished parts of infrastructure, the S6 seems more like a and not a or . After World War I the German HaFraBa association had already set up plans to build an Autobahn along the route from Berlin, through the Polish Corridor, to the Free City of Danzig and East Prussia (today informally known as Berlinka). The construction was pushed by the Nazi authorities after 1933 as an extraterritorial Reichsautobahn across the Polish Corridor of pre-World War II Poland further south than the modern S6 freeway has been planned for, however the road was never completed.
